“MAMA’S HOUSE”, a lovely guest house in West Fork, is a one bedroom, one bathroom house that includes a queen pull-out-sofa and will sleep 2 to 4 people. My 2 teenage boys and I were the first guests to stay in Mama's House. We were delighted! The house is actually a very quaint cottage in a pastoral setting 15 mins from the U of A campus but light years away from the craziness of Dickson St. The pictures are very representative. The inside has just been redone with new and very comfortable furniture. The kitchen is very well equipped with even foil and baggies. Barbara was a great hostess-even baking a batch of pineapple/Macadamia nut/white chocolate cookies and leaving a nice continental breakfast. Mama's House would be perfect for a couple or family of 4. The only reason I didn't give it 5 stars is that I reserve that for those ostentacious places I probably won't stay in. I look forward to going back. RWRecommended for: Sightseeing, people with disabilities, families with young children, age 55+, families with teenagers.
