The air-conditioned 2-bedroom/2-bath penthouse of over 1,400 square feet has a complete upper-level terrace with a full-size whirlpool, a pergola, and a wet bar.
The master suite features a new king-size bed, en suite bath with double sink, storage, and large shower. The guest room has new twin beds, its own bath, and storage units. Each bedroom has a ceiling fan to reduce energy use while maintaining a comfortable environment.
The open floor plan includes a large living area (complete with 42” LCD TV with satellite connection), dining area, and fully equipped kitchen. A sound system can provide your iPod or laptop with full sound. WiFi and Internet connections are available in the center.
Right outside your door is the delightful pool surrounded by palms. You will also want to take advantage of the white sand beaches that are steps away within the property. The canal off our dock, which is available if you wish to bring your boat, provides a daily parade of fishing boats and other craft.
In the evening, stroll the boardwalk around the dolphin pool and sample the waterfront restaurants, which provide a wide variety of menus and al fresco dining. Return to the penthouse after dinner and, from the rooftop solarium, enjoy the view of the wonderfully illuminated night sky.

About: We have been looking for a second home for over 10 years and found what we have been looking for in Puerto Aventuras. As a retired International Sales Manager, my profession provided the opportunity of seeing many different locales. My wife Anne has also always wanted to be able to spend time in the tropics with an emphasis on the Caribbean waters and this location provides that quite well. Our favorite things to do are walking, relaxing, snorkeling and diving the reef, fishing, and enjoying the friends we have made here.
Why Puerto Aventuras:
We chose Puerto Aventuras as our "other home" due to the location, ease of access to a wide variety of activities, quality of the development, and the security provided by being in a gated community. The wide variety of owners and guests, from many countries around the world, provide a great array of discussions and friends.

Our Penthouse Condo is situated within a calm environment that is restful and also within easy reach of all recreational and social activities the Riviera Maya provides.
