  We could not have had a better experience! The home was lovely, owners are awesome, Colorado is great and Nederland is very interesting! We appreciated the two bathrooms with our group of 6 people and having a washer/dryer was so nice. We were on the beautiful deck every morning for coffee and every evening for wine and dinner. Hiking and ATV trails are close by and challenging. People in town are very friendly and open.

We purchased a coffee grinder and coffee maker for our guest when we first started to rent in the hope they would take advantage of the beautiful mornings we have.   Best place we've rented in the area. Very well equipped kitchen, only thing missing was a coffee maker. Owners were very friendly and helpful. Great porch with plenty of spare seating in the garage. Beautiful view!

  Our family of 5 was a perfect fit for this Summer Getaway. And we found the home to be clean, well layed out with a great view. The home is located in Nederland but not walkable to the town - that was fine with us. We could drive in 3 minutes but also were far enough away to feel like we ran away in to the mountains. Our favorite part was to sit on the deck early in the morning to watch the sun rise and to enjoy a relaxing dinner to end the day. We loved the easy access to Boulder (25 minutes) down the canyon, to Rocky Mountain National Park (45-60 minutes) on Peak-to-peak highway and to the many easily acessible local trails. When you visit get a coffee at Salto in Nederland - loved that coffee shop with great craft beer later in the day for a different taste.

  Great place for a getaway. Short walk to restaurants and shops in Nederland, beautiful views, close to Boulder, great hikes nearby. Easy drive from Denver airport. House was perfect - just as described in the listing. Owners were very kind and helpful. We loved our stay there and are glad we chose Nederland.

  My husband and I recently stayed here for two nights. We had a great time. The jacuzzi tub was great after a long day of snowboarding. This house is in a quiet location great for a romantic weekend or a family getaway. I would deffinetly stay here again.

  Thank you for allowing us to stay in your lovely home. The place is wonderfully well-outfitted with every amenity you could need to enjoy a holiday in the snow. We had a blast skiing and snowboarding in the area and retreating back to the "lodge" to hang out on the couches, warm-up next to the stove and watch TV while the snow flurried outside-"BRRRR". We would highly recommend your place to anyone wanting a perfect Colorado getaway - its roomy, close to everything and totally outfitted. -The Coopers

  We rented this property over the Christmas holiday and loved it. The view is breathtaking and the owners are wonderful. The owners went out of their way to make sure we were comfortable and happy. The place was clean and perfect. There wasn’t anything not to love about this property. Our oldest child calls it our home in Colorado. The highlight of our trip was that we had Christmas dinner outside on the patio. This vacation has been one of the most memorable vacations we have had. I highly recommend this place to anyone and we would definitely rent this property again.

  We discovered this hidden wonder and enchanting town a few years ago and immediately fell in love with the property, location, surroundings and town! The Owners are 1st Class people who will work with you, guide you with all the information needed to have a spectacular time. I consider them to have the highest integrity in Property Owners that we have discovered in many years of travel. We have done the Vail, Breckenridge, Keystone, etc.. and other highly travelled "tourist" ski locations with our families and other families who joined us but why deal with all of that when you have this wonderful getaway or extended stay location conveniently located close to Boulder, the Casino's in Golden, Estes Park and all the beauty and owners the Front range has to offer --- all at your fingertips!! We HIGHLY recommend you look into this Property and do not hesitate to contact us via email if questions arise or if you desire more details.
