  The house looked and was better than the pictures. The owners were wonderful and answered every question immediately. The house had everything we could want and more than we needed. The house was close to shopping, the beach, and restaurants. I would recommend this house to anyone that wants to have a great vacation.

  Me and my wife stayed here for a week in March. First impression when entering the house I find the most important and that was good, it looked clean and tidy. We found that the house was very clean and fresh. I have a dislike for "air-fresheners" so we removed a few of those and found that it was provided as a courtesy and not to hide any other smell. The house is decorated in a somewhat dated and cluttered style, but again, that is only my opinion since I don't like an abundance of ornaments. The sofa and bed (the one we used) where fresh and comfortable so where the two bathrooms. The A/C was working fine and wasn't too noisy but didn't keep the bedroom as cool as the other rooms but there was an additional "through-the-wall" A/C in the bedroom which we didn't use due to the sound those make. We had a few hang-ups with the wireless Internet but unplugging/re-plugging the WiFi Router in the small bedroom sorted it out each time. The pool is not heated but kept a decent temperature anyway. We did have to clean out some leafs and a bunch of ants each morning and also remove some "vacuum" hose that had been left in the pool. The outside area is very nice and there are plenty of seating and we especially enjoyed the sofas under the canopy for shade. The neighborhood is ok and we didn't hear (or see) much of the neighbours. You will need a car as there are very few shops nearby and it is quite a walk down to the beach. There are great beach supplies and bicycles in the garage though. The kitchen was well equipped and nicely cleaned upon arrival. One especially nice thing was that soap, toilet paper, dishwasher tablets, coffee-filters and some water bottles where supplied! There where also some spices, seasoning, salt, tea etc. left in the cabinets which also was nice to find. Normally we find everything cleaned out and you have to go get salt, toilet tissue and such the first night, here we could just relax and found all we needed with out trying to locate a store straight of. Towels where supplied in an abundance which also served as a pleasant change to your average rental house where normally only one towel per person would be left for use. The owners, Jackie and Rob, where very helpful and came by and helped us immediately (and with very short notice) with the few problems or things we needed help with.

  What a great house. Everything was just as described. A great location, very lovely furnishings, comfortable in every way. Backyard pool area was especially comfortable and private. We all had a very nice relaxing stay.

  I stayed at this property with my wife and daughter in August, while we were visitng relatives in Florida. We've rented homes in Boca a number of times over the years and I have to say this place was one of the best deals we've ever had. The house is immaculately decorated and Jackie is so helpful and easy to work with. When we arrived the house was 100% clean and ready for us and the location was perfect - close to the beach and Mizner, and only a couple of hours from Disney. 5 stars!

  Recommended for: Adventure seekers, age 55+, people with disabilities, tourists without a car, pet owners, romantic getaway, families with teenagers, families with young children, girls getaway, sightseeing.

  The location is quiet and residential, but just minutes from the convenience of the main roads, shopping and restaurants. The house is spacious, clean and comfortable, decorated with lovely taste. The backyard is great for relaxing or partying. The owners are very pleasant and professional. An all-around great choice for a laid-back getaway!

  We've just returned from a fantastic 2 week vacation here with our son, his wife and our grandson. We found the facilities first class and had no complaints whatsoever, infact the property surpassed our expectations in every department. Clean, tidy and well appointed rooms. Beautiful garden and pool area, perfect for relaxing in after a busy day taking in the sites of Boca and the surrounding area. The location is spot on for those wanting to do a bit of sightseeing. Mizner Park is a must for the shopaholic and Delray Beach offers some of the best bars and restaurants around (pay a visit to vic & angelo's, you won't be disappointed). And for those of you wanting to chill on the beach you should take the short drive to Deerfield. It's got everything, great beach, fab restaurants and cool bars. My wife is already wanting to book again for next year!
