Newly-built in July 2003, this spacious pool home is situated on a small development in Kissimmee. US Highway 192 with its numerous shops, eating places, and attractions is four miles away and the Disney theme parks are just under 8 miles away. The home has air conditioning, a monitored security system and offers free solar heat to the pool & spa with supplementary heating in the cooler months for a modest charge. Broadband Internet access and telephone calls to land linesare complimentary.
The owners have invested in quality furnishings and equipment to make your stay comfortable. There is an ample supply of dining and cooking utensils, bed linen, bathroom and pool towels, two hair dryers, and even a make-up mirror.
As you enter the villa you will immediately feel the sense of space and luxury that this villa offers, the vaulted ceilings and tastefully furnished foyer, formal lounge, and dining areas all contribute to the 'wow' factor. This is a very peaceful area where guests can relax on the comfortable sofas, read one of a variety of books available, play one of the many games or work on a jigsaw puzzle. The lovely dining table and six chairs is perfect for a special family meal. A computer desk with chair and an IPOD dock are also situated in this part of the house.
Beyond the reception area is the fully-equipped kitchen with its dining table and four chairs and breakfast bar with two high stools. Adjacent to the kitchen is the family room which is furnished with two sofas, occasional tables, and 50" HD plasma television with home theatre system. A library of DVDs and CDs is housed in this room.
All three bedrooms have televisions, multi-region DVD players and ample drawer and storage space, the twin room having a colourful animal theme. The master bedroom with king-size bed has doors leading to the pool area. There are two bathrooms, one en-suite to the master bedroom, having double vanity unit, bath, and shower cubicle with separate adjacent toilet. The other bathroom is between bedrooms two and three and has vanity unit, toilet, bath and overhead shower.
Because of its southeast aspect, the pool area, with larger than standard deck, heated pool and spa with room for six adults, gets the sun from sunrise to early evening. No expense has been spared to make this area a place where you can relax for the whole day or during the evening. The whole area is screened to protect you from those annoying insects and overlooks a small lake with a varied selection of visiting and resident wildlife. The owners have invested in quality deck furniture for your added comfort; cushioned and waterproof it includes three loungers, table with umbrella and four chairs, towel rail, and two small drinks tables. In the kitchen you will find an ice bucket, plates and glasses, all in unbreakable plastic for safe use in the pool area. You can retreat from the sun into a shaded area under which the table and chairs are situated. At the end of a hectic day at the parks or shops, switch on the coloured pool lights, turn on the timer for the spa, leave the water to heat up for a few minutes and then step in the spa to unwind. Liberty Village is a small and peaceful sub-division situated just off Poinciana Boulevard, which is tree-lined for much of the way. Disney's main gate is less than an eight mile drive away and shops and restaurants are close at hand so it offers the best of both worlds.
