This two-story, two-unit townhouse offers spectacular unobstructed ocean views from the lanai, the kitchen, the dining/living room area, the upstairs bath, and the picture window of the master bedroom. Relax on the lawn, shaded by palm trees. Enjoy gorgeous sunsets from your private lanai and be lulled to sleep by the sound of waves. The home is beautifully furnished in a tropical motif with new living room furniture including a new sofa hide-a-bed and newly-renovated kitchen.
The Keauhou-Kona Surf and Racquet Club is a gated community located adjacent to The Kona Country Club golf course. It is within walking distance of the Keauhou Shopping Center and Kahaluu Beach Park for fabulous snorkeling.
The master bedroom features a king-size bed and the mountainside bedroom has twin beds together on a common headboard making another king-size. A rollaway is provided. Living room, bedroom and bathroom ceiling fans are installed. Beach towels, beach backrests, snorkeling gear, and picnic items are provided. The lanai has a glass-topped table, four patio chairs, and two chaise lounges.
What do you have to bring? Bring yourselves, casual clothing, swimming suits, sunglasses, and sunscreen. Be prepared for the best vacation ever!

Rates are for two people; add $10/nt per person per night peak, $5/nt off-peak.
Add Hawaii state tax of 12.25% to nightly and weekly rates.
$300 deposit required; $100 retained as Cleaning Fee, $200 refunded if no damage.
Deposit secures desired dates and is non-refundable in case of cancellation.
Processing fee for changing dates. Full rent due 30 days before vacation.
