This beautiful ground-floor condo located in the Villas South neighborhood at Reunion Resort is a large 1,755 sq. ft. unit with a private porch that opens up to the surrounding greenery. Enjoy meals al fresco at a table that seats 4 or take in the scenery from the 3-seat outdoor sofa. For a family including little ones, the playground is only a short walk away.

As a corner unit, this condo receives lots of natural light which adds to the already bright and serene interior. The spacious living area includes a large sectional sofa with a wall-mounted 75-inch LED TV connected to a PlayStation 4. The kitchen has stainless steel appliances and comes fully equipped so you can enjoy homecooked dinners or store your own groceries or take-out meals. The dining table seat up to 8 guests.

All bedrooms have a 50-inch LED TV with Prism and a smart Blu-ray player with built-in Wi-Fi. The master en-suite bedroom has a king-sized bed, walk-in closet, electronic safe, and the bathroom has dual sinks perfect for couples, a bathtub, and a convenient walk-in shower. The other bedrooms are comfortable with pleasant neutral decor, one with a queen-sized bed, and the third bedroom includes two full-sized beds. You can stay connected at all times while in this condo with complimentary high-speed wireless internet throughout.

Exceeded Expectations

We usually go to the beach for spring break, but this year we decided to go to Orlando. I was very hesitant about not staying somewhere on the beach with an ocean view, but as soon as I walked into this condo, I fell in love! This corner unit provided so much natural light, and the nature preserve that greeted us as we looked out the back was so peaceful and beautiful! This condo was extremely clean, and way bigger than I was expecting. The pictures don't do it justice, which was a pleasant surprise. The location was perfect for our family. We were able to get to many places within 15 minutes, such as Disney, restaurants, grocery stores, Starbucks, etc. The Walmart was perfect for purchasing groceries, condo supplies, Disney attire and souvenirs at a much more affordable price. We were exhausted our first night and decided to order dinner on DoorDash, and there were a lot of options. Cocoa Beach was about 1.5 hours away if you're looking to do a beach day. There's nothing like your own bed, however, I slept like a baby during our stay. The beds were extremely comfortable. I also liked how the primary was separated from the other 2 bedrooms, which provided some privacy and distance from our kiddos. Each bedroom having it's own bathroom was such a plus, too! The waterpark!! Holy smokes, it was amazing! It was a 5 minute walk from the condo to the waterpark. There were plenty of chairs, yummy drinks and food to munch on. The lazy river and a huge splash pad were incredible!

The apartment is nice although a bit dated. The mgmt company did not provide basic toiletries on all 3 bathrooms; one toilet seat broken; 1/2 toilet paper on 2 bathrooms; towels old and worned out; one hair dryer didn’t work; not enough kitchen supplies for 2 days for dishwasher; no basic courtesy supply of coffee, etc… the contract did say that the property is self catered and that renter needs to “replenish” item if they run out. It doesn’t say renter has to bring ALL toiletries and toilet paper. Informed customer service. They advised of 24 HR lead time to replace hair dryer. Nothing else. Overall, very dissatisfied with this management company.
