We live here in Tucson to enable us to assist our guests with any questions or problems that might come up. About the owner: In 2008 we retired and moved from the mountains of Colorado to Tucson and moved into our rental unit. Early in 2011 we decided we wanted to get back into having a rental property again, Tom was in real estate; Joan is a retired teacher still tutoring. We found just the right place to purchase. The property is what we call Casa Dorado. We both golf and loved the neighborhood where it’s located.
Why the Owner Chose Dorado Country Club Estates:
After years of vacationing around various areas and then coming to Tucson several times, we finally bought our own rental unit here. We knew this was the place we wanted to retire! The desert is magical! It is so alive all night long. We love the heat, the sun, being outdoors, being within driving distance of Mexico, our gorgeous sunsets, the wildlife here…the list goes on. Once we retired and made our rental our real home. We decided to invest in another property so others could enjoy what we find so lovely about Tucson.
