Our home has an excellent location sandwiched between both villages. Just minutes to Spanish Springs and Lake Sumter (some rentals are VERY fair and you can not take the golf cart!)
There are numerous shared pools around The Villages and down the street from our home you can take the golf cart and enjoy the pool/Clubhouse called Savannah.
Everything is at your fingertips and within range of the Golf cart including all shopping, medical facilities, fitness centers and over 700 clubs to join for whatever you enjoy doing!
We provide you with a recreation ID card and a passkey to all of the Villages, rec centers, pools and clubhouses. Just come and enjoy life in the sun at the largest, most popular adult community in the world!

Phone and internet not hooked up, lanai floor had black & green mold, house siding in lanai full of green mold, one old TV with basic cable. Dead bugs around perimeter of all rooms. Garage light out, Counter light out. Mattresses old and broken down, fake plants all over the house full of dust. Contacted agent and lanai was power washed the next day. Phone and internet connected the next day, cable was upgraded within a week. This rental could be nice if the owners would take some pride in ownership, get rid of most of the knick kacks, Get a good house cleaning, upgrade the TV and get new mattresses. Seems like they do not want to put any money into the property. We will definately not be back.Owner response: 1. Home was fully painted and updated last year. Decorating is a matter of preference. Other renters loved it. One shelving unit has only a few "Knicks knacks).. The pictures are online. If renters didn't like decorating...why rent?? The TV was also visible. We keep it because it is a nice size and works beautifully. 2. Mattress is less than 5 years old and Not broken down. Never a complaint about it and we sleep there ourselves many times. 3. The dead bugs and mold happen in Florida, especially when you have pest control monthly which is a good thing. Leasing agent had health problem and failed to prepare the house properly for first renter of the season. Always a power wash and interior cleaning. She had it All done the following day. Internet was taken off Vacation statis and premium added so renters could enjoy all premium movie channels. Done as a courtesy for their one day patience. It IS a "Cute House" as quoted. Just a small bit of patience was needed. It was in perfect condition the next day. It has been rented out with no vacancies for 8 years. No bad reviews and many recommendations and complements. About: We are a happily married couple with two grown children and 5 grandchildren we just adore. Our family is close and they also enjoy time in The Villages.
Why Lady Lake:
Golf, golf and more golf. Carol is an avid golfer and there is no other place in the world like The Villages when you love to play at a variety of champion, well designed courses at a reasonable rate. At night there is always something to do..including free entertainment at the center of each town, quaint shops and fabulous restaurants of all types!
The Unique Benefits at this House:
There is nothing more I enjoy than taking my kids to Disney World, Epcot when they visit. Next to that I golf daily with my own golf cart, then after that I might take the cart to town with my iPad and enjoy a cup of Starbucks while I work a bit. Always a festive and beautiful environment to sit and enjoy.
We never run out of wonderful restaurants to share with family and friends and all without ever leaving THE VILLAGES!
