We would like to offer the rental of our efficiency apartment located on the lower level of our lovely home located in Brush Creek Village, Aspen, Colorado. Brush Creek Village is just 6 miles from downtown Aspen and 3 miles from Snowmass Village so it is perfectly located between Aspen and Snowmass ski/summer recreation areas. We are a ten minute drive door to door from the Aspen Airport. For a weekly rental fee of $1000 you will have a queen bedroom with full bath, sofa sleeper with queen sized mattress, efficiency kitchen and large living area with cable TV and WiFi. There is a nice lawn area right out your door to please your friendly dog!

My husband and I spent 5 days in this cozy, lovely hideaway just 10-15 minutes from the Snowmass ski area. Here's what we enjoyed the most: - Quiet isolation, with lovely views to mountains and valley - Good value in a high-cost area - Very comfortable bed - Very homey and nicely decorated - Cozy, with heated floors throughout! - Kitchenette is well-equipped enough to prepare simple meals - Access to washer/dryer - Hosts were pleasant/helpful, and even retrieved a package from the post office for us - Friendly dogs - Convenient to Snowmass free parking and free shuttle - Convenient to free parking lot where we could get free shuttle to downtown Aspen and/or Highlands and Buttermilk Visitors should be advised that the road up to the house and long driveway are narrow and may be snow-covered. We had a rented SUV with AWD and did fine. (One morning we had 8-10 inches of snow on the driveway.) Because the house is off the beaten path, first-time visitors would be wise to verify precise driving directions in advance and arrive in daylight if possible. But your effort to get there will be worth it for the views and privacy!Recommended for: Adventure seekers, age 55+, pet owners, romantic getaway, sightseeing, families with young children.

We have lived in Aspen for 34 years and chose the Brush Creek neighborhood 24 years ago to build our first house because of its close proximatity to Aspen, the great view and large acreage lots (ours is 2.5 acres).

In Brush Creek we are truly living in the hub of the towns of Aspen, Snowmass Village, Basalt and Woody Creek and all that these towns have to offer. These areas are 10 miles of less from our house! Come see for yourself what a stay just outside of Aspen really has to offer!
