  Your home was wonderful! It had all of the amenities that we needed. The pool was great, we spent most of our time in it or around it. There were six of us and we had all the room that we needed. We rode the bikes to the beach and walked, but we would've liked to have been closer to it. We had a wonderful vacation! Thank you for your home for the week!

  Recommended for: Girls getaway.

  Our family had a wonderful stay at this beautiful home. House was exactly as advertised, very spacious and well appointed. A truly relaxing vacation. The owner was easy to communicate with and very helpful. Will definitely plan another stay at this fantastic house.

  As a couple we found the property spacious, well designed and well equipped; furnishings of a high standard,well maintaine and modern. The photos provide a good representation of the property. The location is very quiet and private; ideal for a couple or family. We were looking for down time away from busy jobs and found this an ideal location and property to fulfill that objective. Patrick is very customer focused and follows up to ensure on client satisfaction. Similarly, we had cause to call on his local manager and received prompt and friendly service. We would have no hesitation in recommending this property to others or indeed returning ourselves in the future.

  We stayed for two months and enjoyed the house and location. The house was very clean, functional and looked very modern as it was recently updated. All the rooms were very nice and comfortable. The pool and pool area were a highlight with the water warmed by the solar heater and the southern exposure. The house is near everything including the beaches, health club, shopping, Naples, attractions, restaurants ,etc ,etc. The owner was very easy to deal with and made the experience a positive one. .

  We just spent a wonderful week in this fabulous house. The pictures don’t fully capture the incredible layout and features. The house wraps around a perfect size heated pool which is completely enclosed in a screen lanai. It’s an end lot with privacy all around. The house has all new furniture as well as a new kitchen. The sliding doors open up the entire walls around the pool which creates great indoor/outdoor space. Each room has new large HD tvs plus the house in wired for FM music in and out. The back patio overlooks the channel leading out to Little Hickory bay. We rented a pontoon boat from Bay Water rentals right down the street and docked it on our private dock. You can travel the inner coastal waters south to Naples and north to Fort Meyers. We also enjoyed bikes rides using the brand new bikes in the garage. The house had everything we needed for a great vacation. We will stay here again many times.

  Recommended for: Adventure seekers, families with young children, families with teenagers, romantic getaway, sightseeing, age 55+.

  This home is far more beautiful and comfortable than words or pictures can describe. Every detail has been carefully thought out and provided for. The pool area is very large and especially delightful when all the sliding doors to the house are open. The neighborhood is safe and pleasant, and great for walking. A very convenient location, close to the beach, grocery store, and great restaurants. We stayed two weeks and will definitely come again!

  The six of us from the Netherlands (me and my wife our two sons (5 and 1,5) and my wife’s parents) had a wonderful stay in this house. We really liked the feel and decoration of the house and everything looked so new and fresh it was just perfect. For our small kids it was just great that the house was so spacious that could play and run around as they liked. The whole pool area and also the landscaping around the house were also very much to our liking. The neighborhood is really peaceful just great for a walk around the block. And finally the location is also perfect being so close to some of the best beaches in Florida and also being close to upscale Naples and the new Mercato shopping area.

  Recommended for: Tourists without a car, families with young children, families with teenagers, romantic getaway, age 55+.

  We just completed 10 days at this property. The pictures do not do the property complete justice - the house is well kept, well maintained and the accommodation was exceptional, the beds are very comfortable and the space well designed. In our case, our two teenagers could enjoy their own spaces and be with us as much as they wanted too as well. The neigborhood is quiet and peaceful and not too far from the beach. You can walk or ride the bicycles provided easily or drive and pay the $8/day for parking. A great location -- close to everything and great accommodation. We will definitely be back! The only thing that would have made it perfect would have been a "warm" pool, but the owner managed our expectations very well and we knew it was only solar heated, so entirely dependent on the weather -- which was sunny and "cool" - in the 60's most days.

  Recommended for: Families with young children, families with teenagers, people with disabilities, girls getaway, romantic getaway, age 55+.

  I will say that at first we were apprehensive about booking online. The description, amenities and location of the house had us sold. It was exactly what we were looking for. So we booked it and were on pins and needles until we arrived. We were absolutely thrilled. The description was very accurate. We could not believe the attention to every detail. The landscaping was meticulous and gorgeous! We were very impressed with the cleanliness of the home. The caption on the home....."upgraded to Perfection".....could not have been said any better. We had the most comfortable, relaxing time and felt really at home. It was very hard to leave. The homeowner was wonderful to work with and personally called us once we arrived to make sure everything was alright! Our 89 year old mother went with us and she loved it so much. She just kept saying that she wanted to buy it. There are many great things to do and see in the area. It is very centrally located to wonderful restaurants, shopping and numerous beaches. We loved fishing off of the dock and kicking back. I am a retired flight attendant and have stayed in many top hotels. This beat them all! So nice, so private, everything you could ask for and such nice people. We just wish we had stayed longer. Ready to book our next visit!!!!! Happy vacationing everyone!!
