  The condo exceeded our expectations. It was very well decorated and clean, had a large kitchen and living room, and had nice appliances. The view of the lake is gorgeous. The drive to downtown Nashville was an easy 25 minutes. The space was plenty large for 6 people, although the pull out sofa bed is not the most comfortable, but that was to be expected. Overall, we were extremely happy and would stay here again.

  Owner response: Thanks for taking the time to leave a review! I would say the sofa bed would comfortably accomodate an adult or 2 kids. My sister just spent a long weekend...delegated to the sofa bed; she said it was more comfortable than she expected; slept well. Thanks again!

  We really enjoyed our stay in your Condo. The proximity to downtown Nashville is good, about a 20 minute ride. Since we were traveling with kids, we wanted to avoid the downtown area. The condo was large and nicely decorated. We had a great view of both the pool and the lake. A pleasant surprise was the restaurant on the lake just a few steps out the back door. The restaurant had good food and live music. On that particular night, if you were looking to go to bed early, you would likely hear the music from the master bedroom (not the kids bedroom). If we were not so tired, we would have taken the kids down to the restaurant and listened live - but instead we all listened by opening up the sliding glass doors. It was nice. The only negative was the surrounding area to this condo, the houses were a little tired and the landscape (aside from the lake) was a little rough. We could see very large homes on the other side of the lake. With that said, we experienced no problems and the homeowners within the condo were very pleasant and friendly towards us. I would definitely stay there again.

Just to clarify the comments on the adjacent neighborhood; Black Jack Cove Marina ($3.5 million dollar development, built in 2010) owns the land/property surrounding most of the condo complex; a middle school and elementary school are neighbors, in front; along with a neighborhood of small homes. However, lakefront property is always expensive. With that being said, the area has friendly and kind residents, including the folks living in the small homes. Our neighbors are professionals and retirees; who appreciate the beautiful lake views; and, convenient location. We are committed owners; and, we STRIVE to be excellent neighbors, and expect the same from our guests.

  This is a beautiful property in a great location. There is a spacious balcony area which can be accessed off the master bedroom and the living room to sit and enjoy the view of Old Hickory Lake. The condo is very clean and well appointed with upscale furnishings and decor. The kitchen is equipped with new stainless steel appliances and many good quality items available to use. The property was conveniently located close to a Kroger grocery store and Wal-Mart Supercenter. Also, it was an easy drive to downtown Nashville and the Opryland area from this location. The owners have done a nice job of providing information on area restaurants, shops and attractions along with directions to each. They were also very helpful in answering questions prior to our visit, as it was our first time to travel to the Nashville area. And they were especially fast in refunding our security deposit after our stay! We had a great experience overall.

  Wonderful place to stay. View is fantastic. Well appointed with everything you could need with one exception.....if you like to read in bed, bring your own reading lamps. The lights in the bedroom are unusually dull. However, that being said, everything else was really great.

  Owner response: Upon reading the review, I checked out the lamps; I would agree; they are not bright; however, it's a personal preference...my bedside lamps at home are the same. Thanks for your input.

  I took my parents to Nashville for their 50th wedding anniversary. From the time we arrived to the time we left, it was like we were at home, just with a lot of places to go! The condo was beyond our expectations. So tastefully done, clean and ready for us. Outstanding is the only way to describe it. The mornings were beautiful being able to have a coffee on the balcony overlooking the marina and water. Dad was constantly watching who was going out fishing. Bring binoculars! We were close to everything, 12 minutes to Opry Mills and The Grand Old Opry. 15 minutes to downtown. Lots of places to eat, but easy to eat in as well with the beautiful kitchen. One word of caution, don't shop at the Piggly Wiggly, find the Publix for a better grocery store. Being golfers, we didn't think we would get out. But there are courses so close by. Try the Hermitage that is 3 minutes down the road! Was able to golf 3 times! Thank you for providing such a wonderful place to spend a memorable week.

  This condo was even nicer than the pictures showed! Beautiful hardwood floors and huge kitchen. It was very clean and the bedrooms were huge. The balcony was a great place to relax and watch the boaters. It was so nice to be able to walk to The Black Pearl, which was a blast with great food and drinks. Kelley was an absolute pleasure to work with, and was available to answer all questions that I had. Can't wait to go back!

  My family stated here for a week and it was beautiful. The view of the marina and lake was exceptional. The accommodations were wonderful. The owners of the condo treat you like family. The condo was super clean was very large for 4 people. The owner has a great eye for detail when decorating the condo and it was so homey inside that we didn't want to leave the condo it was so relaxing just to sit on the balcony and look out at the lake. The owners were very helpful with making the reservations and the condo had all the amenities of home. Thank you so very much for making our vacation so wonderful!

  The condo is beautiful and clean, just what we expected! We were only 20 minutes away from Nashville and other surrounding cities which made it a wonderful location to stay. When I first contacted Kelley, she couldn't be more accomodating, especially since I had to change my vacation days to accomodate my son. Kelley is very organized and very friendly and wants your stay to be the best it can be! We will definitely be back ... we love Tennessee and this wonderful place!

  We stayed here during the CMA Music Fest. It was the perfect escape from the downtown crowds and activities. Althought it was less than a 1/2 hour drive to downtown, it seemed like a different world - peaceful, relaxing and beautiful views of the lake. The condo is beautifully decorated and immaculately maintained.

  This vacation home is fabulous. We always rentl houses when we travel and this is one of the best we have stayed in. Plenty of space, super clean, wonderfull, and view of the lake. Everything works perfect such as washer dryer, televisions, air conditioning and dish washer. The place is so clean it makes you want to treat is as your own house.

  Recommended for: Age 55+, families with teenagers, families with young children.
