Create a delicious dinner in the gourmet kitchen that includes granite countertops, stainless steel appliances including a 40 inch duel fuel range, cookware, china, flatware and glassware. A beautiful herb garden is right outside the back door. In the evening, sit on the back porch and watch the sunset overlooking a local vineyard, or on the front porch watching geese and swans on Richmond Creek!

This is a custom-built home in the heart of scenic Long Island Wine Country on 2.1 acres of private property. The house is a cottage design with white cedar shingles and white trim. It is on a quiet dead end street for maximum privacy. The lovely town of Greenport is a six mile drive for shopping, art galleries, movies, restaurants, enjoying the waterfront, and carousel rides. The North Fork has numerous charter fishing operations and golf courses. Access to all town beaches is possible after purchasing a Beach Permit from Southold Town Hall.

This home has an east facing front covered porch with water views and west facing back covered porch with spectacular sunsets and vineyard views. The first floor has a mud room, laundry room, full bathroom, kitchen, dining room, great room, library, entrance foyer, and master bedroom.

The master bedroom suite contains a dressing room, and a full bath with a double steam shower, claw foot tub, and private water closet. There is a 12 speaker stereo system to enjoy as well as three TVs. The second floor has a den, three bedrooms and full bathroom. The den and one upstairs bedroom have TVs. The views from the second floor are even better than the first floor!
