Places like the Bigfork Summer Playhouse with outstanding plays for all ages, art and jewelry galleries, boutiques, fine restaurants or live music, all central to the outdoor activities associated with the mountains and the lakes of the Flathead Valley. Get out to Glacier National Park, or many other outdoor activities even closer... such as hiking in the Jewel Basin Wilderness area, playing golf at Eagle Bend Golf course, and fly fishing on the Flathead and Swan Rivers.
Flathead Lake offers many boating and sporting activities. There is abundant rafting, tubing and kayaking opportunities in the local rivers. In the winter, enjoy cross country skiing or snowboarding in the valley, by Glacier National Park, Blacktail Mountain or at Whitefish Mountain.
