This Luxury Condominium is close to Downtown Honolulu. Corporate clients wishing to stay here would be no more than ten minutes from the office.
The Condominium is a one bedroom, one bath with ocean, mountain, marina, and canal views. It has carpet in the living area, a micro-fiber couch with pull-out bed, a dark rich mahogany coffee table with glass top, a mahogany bar table with two chairs, and a 53 inch projection screen TV. There are two air conditioning units.
The Kitchen is a gourmets delight. The counter tops are a sand colored granite, the cabinets are maple, the floor is a cream colored ceramic tile, and there is a dishwasher, oven, microwave, toaster, coffeemaker, and a huge refrigerator. Their is also a large pantry.
The bedroom is designed with a beautifully smooth, dark chocolate, venge wood. There is a double drawer dresser and two matching end tables. There is also a large closet. The bathroom has pine cabinets and granite countertops and a huge marble shower with a bench seat for washing the workdays troubles away.

Why the Owner Chose The Windsor
This condo is on the edge of Waikiki making it quiter than being smack dab in the middle of all the action but close enough to be walking distance to get to all the clubs. It is a short 5 minute walk to the golden sands of world famous Waikiki Beach. The building itself has all the ammenities of a major hotel with Pool, Jacuuzi and full gym to work out in. By far the most amazing feature of this condo is the rooftop Sky Terrace. This building is 45 stories making it one of the tallest existing buildings in Waikiki. The views from this observatory are nothing shy of phenomenal. Friday night fireworks from the Hilton Hawaiian Village explode with vibrant colors that seem so close you can reach out and touch them.
