Have you ever planned a vacation at the best beach in the USA, only to find out this beautiful two bedroom condo does not come with beach service, and now you need to rent them, and WOW they cost, how am I going to ask Mom and Dad who are paying for the condo and now I’ve got to ask them to rent beach chairs and then figure out how to tell them that hefty price only gets two lounges and one umbrella.
Well big guy, Diana and I know what you are going through so we are going to bail you out, and GIVE you two set-ups, yes that’s right 4 LOUNGES & 2 UMBRELLAS enough for you the wife and Mom and Dad.
So here you go a great place for Mom and Dad to watch the kids and actually be at the beach they paid for thanks to Joe & Diana they may buy Dinner after sitting in a lounge under an umbrella, oh yea, we have put a cooler on wheels in the unit for your use.

Gulf Crest is one of a kind condo along Thomas Drive on the beach. Rent a 2 bedroom 2 bath waterfront condo on Panama City Beach from local owners in the area living nearby. We do it all and support all special requests, we take care of most everything ourselves. We will meet you on arrival we do the cleaning and maintaining of our vacation home.
Our Master bedroom has a King bed the 2nd bedroom a Queen. Our unit also has a set of bunks that will accommodate children, high speed INTERNET service in the unit and WIRELESS is available around the pool area. 3 DVD PLAYERS, VCR and a 57” large screen TV. Less then a mile to the new RIPLEY’S believe it or not museum. Also, if you are celebrating a special event like a birthday or anniversary we can arrange for decorations or flowers and have them in the condo when you arrive.
Enjoy the hot tubs and one of two large kidney shaped pools one is heated there is also a Kiddie pool which is gated away from the adult area, sit under one of two Gazebos and grill lunch or dinner at our charcoal grill area and enjoy a sunset view every night. Plus our EXERCISE ROOM equipped with 2 treadmills, vision fitness bike, schwinn air dyne bike, 3 chair "body solid" home gym and weights with bench.
The gated entry to the property allows access to your reserved parking space on the third floor parking garage, walk across to the elevator and up to the condo, parking at Gulf Crest is attached to the building, not across the street.
Our unit is a family oriented NON SMOKING NO PETS condo with below market rates for this condo. No need to go running all over town looking for the rental office to check in or retrieve keys, we use a coded entry system, no keys to lose or worry about getting your key deposit returned. Gulf Crest is located in the less congested area of Thomas Drive and Joan Ave, as local owners we can meet you at the condo on your arrival and acquaint you with the building and the surrounding area.
We will be your contact and can be reached anytime should you have a problem, keeping this Condo in like new condition and enforcing the NON SMOKING NO PETS RULE keeps our rates low as possible without giving up any amenities. PLEASE if you have more than 6 in your party, a pet or have a diehard tobacco user in your group, try one of the other condos in Gulf Crest that are smoking rentals pet friendly and accept more than six guests.
You'll find everything to make your stay more enjoyable and won't be running to Wal-Mart every time you turn around. We've tried to furnish not only the basics but extras like wine glasses and opener, blender, CD stereo, hair dryers, extra bed pillows, portable fans, games and puzzles,double beach service 4 lounges & 2 umbrellas, beach toys for the kids and lots more(see full amenities below).

This condo was definitly executive class; we arrived to an extremely clean condo with no surprises. The 19th floor view was amazing, the wild life visible from the balcony was very impressive. The condo right on the beach made for the best view of the gulf coast day and night; the sunsets were amazing. This is an absolute destination to return to! The double beach service was the draw that brought us here and will keep us coming back. What a Savings!!!

What a great vacation! The condo was wonderful, roomy and very clean. Not to mention the great owners, Joe and Diana. Wonderful people and so easy to work with. Made our vacation that much more enjoyable. We have found us a home away from home.Can't wait till next year!

My grandparents rented this condo last summer for our vacation and we had a blast. My grandmother was so happy that the condo was nice and clean. My grandpa liked the view from the balcony the best. I liked the beach and pools. There were rides that we could walk to and play games and ride the rides. I hope we get to go again this summer and stay at this condo.

Stayed here last July and had a wonderful time. The condo is beautiful and so clean. It was convenient to shopping and Pier Park Mall is fabulous. We cooked in the lovely kitchen several times and hit a few restaurants. The beach is cleaned every day and the condo comes with 2 lounge chairs and an umbrella, for no extra cost! The pool area is wonderful too. The owners were very knowledgable about the area and very helpful. We are booking again for this summer!
