This three bedroom, two bath, Non-Smoking home has all new carpets, new paint, and new top of the line furnishings selected by a top decorator. The Master bedroom has a king-size bed, slider opening to the pool and a soaking tub with a separate stall shower. The guest suite has a queen-size bed and sliders out to the pool. The third bedroom has two twin-size beds with a pull-out trundle. Small dogs allowed with owners permission!

Bicycles, beach chairs, and beach umbrellas have been provided for your enjoyment. Why wait, lounge in the pool now or simply soak in the sun on the sunning deck outside the lanai. Either way, you are assured to come away relaxed and rejuvenated.

Amenities	Air Conditioning: All utilities including air conditioning and eletric pool heat are included in the price of a rental. Washer Dryer Linens Provided: All linens are updated reguraly and an extra set of linens are always kept at teh house. Garage: There are 4 bicycles, a tandem bicycle, beach chairs and umbrellas in the garage along with pool rafts/inflatables. Covered Parking: 2 car garage Off Street Parking: Additional parking in driveway
Beds	King Bed: Top of the line $2,100 king size bed in master bedroom Queen Bed: Top of the line queen bed in guest suite with large slider to pool with view down waterway. Double Bed (3): Third bedroom as 2 doubles and a pull out trundle bed.
Entertainment	Cable/Satellite TV (5): There are 5 TV's in the house. One in each bedroom, one 32 inch in family room and 1 flat screen pool side under the covered lanai. TV (No Cable/Satellite) DVD VCR (2) Video Library: there are about 10 movies at the house. Private Pool: Large heated pool with colored light
Kitchen	Full Kitchen: Brand new top of theline kitchen (insalled October 2007) including granite counter tops inside/outside, stainless steel appliances and new solid wood cabinets. Cooking Utensils Provided: Everything! We maintain our home like a primary residence. It is all there down to the martini shaker/glasses and one pull wine opener. Outdoor Features	Gas/Electric BBQ Grill: Spare tank provided Deck/Patio: There are three decks: one sunning deck outside the screened lanai with 2 lounge chairs, one pool side with two lounge chairs and one under the covered lanai with table for six, 4 bar stools and additional seating area. Lanai: As previously mentioned, covered lanai with table for six (new October 2007), 4 bar stools and seperate seating area. Cable TV under covered lanai to watch the game from the pool!
View/Location	Waterfront, not Lake/Oceanfront. Ask for details: Great views on the canal of converging waterway and schurch cross lite at night. Snook light and large dock afford great fishing from the house. Fishing poles are left for our guest to use.
