This three bedroom, two bath, Non-Smoking home has all new carpets, new paint, and new top of the line furnishings selected by a top decorator. The Master bedroom has a king-size bed, slider opening to the pool and a soaking tub with a separate stall shower. The guest suite has a queen-size bed and sliders out to the pool. The third bedroom has two twin-size beds with a pull-out trundle. Small dogs allowed with owners permission!
Bicycles, beach chairs, and beach umbrellas have been provided for your enjoyment. Why wait, lounge in the pool now or simply soak in the sun on the sunning deck outside the lanai. Either way, you are assured to come away relaxed and rejuvenated.

- Lanai: As previously mentioned, covered lanai with table for six (new October 2007), 4 bar stools and seperate seating area. Cable TV under covered lanai to watch the game from the pool!

- Waterfront, not Lake/Oceanfront. Ask for details: Great views on the canal of converging waterway and schurch cross lite at night. Snook light and large dock afford great fishing from the house. Fishing poles are left for our guest to use.
