This 3 BEDROOM 2 BATH apartment is located on a family "Beach Block" street. It is on the second floor with an open floor plan that is spacious and has plenty of natural light. It has that classic seashore feel. There is a large counter/bar that separates the tiled kitchen from the dining and living rooms that are very comfortable with two ceiling fans. Behind the kitchen there is a master bedroom with a veranda and its own private entrance, also with a ceiling fan!!
OUR FRONT BATH HAS BEEN TOTALLY REDONE FOR 2007 WITH CERAMIC TILE SHOWER AND TILE WAINSCOATING ON THE WALLS THRU-OUT, MARBLE FLOORING, KOHLER BATH FIXTURES AND CUSTOM GRANITE TOP ON CUSTOM MAHOGANY VANITY FOR ALL THE COMFORTS OF HOME ALSO MOST WINDOWS HAVE BEEN REPLACED........C E N T R A L

Two of the bedrooms have queen-size beds and one bedroom has two single beds. All with large closets. Also provided is a large clean enclosed outside shower for showering after the beach or anytime.This unit is heated during the winter to maintain its freshness.As with all our units it is SUPER CLEAN with yearly maintance and upgrades.
This property is less than a block from a clean Lifeguard protected........W O R L D C L A S S B E A C H... That has public restrooms and a first aid station, popular restaurants that serve the best breakfast and lunch, and of course, the start of the boardwalk for biking, running, walking, or just sitting and watching the views. It is located in a quieter well maintained "north end" Island neighborhood. There are churches, shopping, delis, ice cream parlors, and popular restaurants all within a few blocks of walking distance.
Deposits and procedures:A $300.00 per week deposit is required in order to reserve your week or weeks.Pricing and availability are not guaranteed without this deposit.We reccommend next day mail to insure your reservation.This would then become your refundable security/cleaning deposit. When we recieve this deposit we will then prepare and mail you a lease agreement,with half of the rate due with the signed returned lease.The other half will be due ONE month before check-in.
If there are less than 30 days at signing and returning of the lease agreement the full balance and security will be due at this time by certified funds, Bank Check or Money Order.Your security deposit and Full Payment will be the only way to block out your week or weeks, We suggest sending it via FedEx or next day Express mail.We must recieve the deposit or payment in full to guarantee rate and availibility and your reservation.
