OCEANFRONT, THIRD FLOOR unit has a panoramic view with a private oceanfront double balcony off the living room and the master bedroom. Sleeps eight to ten. Three bedrooms (1565 square feet.) with one king, one queen, two twins and a set of bunk beds in one room, and two queen-size sofa sleepers. Two and a half baths and fully-equipped kitchen, large living, and dining area. Also has a washer and dryer, four TVs, and a VCR/DVD player.

Amenities include a parking garage, fitness/workout room, heated indoor and outdoor swimming pool, indoor and outdoor jacuzzi, large sundeck, grill, lounge, and gift shop. NO PETS and this is a NON-SMOKING unit.

  • After vacationing in the Myrtle Beach/Garden City area for over 15 yrs this unit was by far the best we've stayed in, and you couldn't ask for a better view, layout, or convenient location to local activities. We've definitely found a keeper and plan on returning each summer as long as it's available.

  • this is a super condo....the view is unbelievable...the space is perfect...it is like a home away from home....you will not find a more perfect setting for the beach than this condo....sit back and enjoy the sounds of the kids running in the sand and the waves crashing on the shore....watch the sun rise up over the atlantic....pure enjoyment

  • I cannot say enough about the attractiveness of this spacious condo. The view of the ocean from the balconies is fantastic - you almost feel as though you're on board ship. I had a friend with me who is in a wheelchair. The in-house parking garage was so helpful as were the elevators. My friend was able to access the pools with no trouble at all. I have stayed at many houses/or condos in this area over the years and this one was superior in so many ways.
