Beautiful and spacious (2100 square feet) 3 bedroom, 3 bath town-home located in Beaver Creek on the Beaver Creek Golf Course, just minutes from the ski slope. Fully equipped kitchen, 3 TVs, DVD/VCR, stereo, washer and dryer, wood-burning fireplace, patio, gas grill, 1-car garage, office, wireless Internet. First floor bedroom has 2 sets of bunks beds. Upstairs are 2 master suites, one with a Queen bed and the second with a King bed, both with TVs and private baths. In the summer, relax on our patio overlooking the golf course, or enjoy the pool, hot tub, and tennis courts located a few steps from our front door. In the winter, enjoy sledding, snow shoeing or cross country skiing on the golf course just outside our back door. Free Dial-A-Ride shuttle service brings you to and from any location in Beaver Creek. The shuttle bus picks you up at home and drops you off at the slopes (5-10 minutes away), golf clubhouse, or any other location in the Beaver Creek resort. Two common area hot tubs are open year round; heated pool and tennis courts are open summer only.
This sunny town-home features hardwood floors, vaulted ceilings, a wood burning fireplace, and lots of space. The fully-equipped kitchen, breakfast bar, dining area, comfortable living room, two master suites (with walk-in closets) and a bunk room make it a perfect home for families. In the winter, you'll appreciate the ski rack in the garage, the boot dryer in the back hall, and sleds for the kids. Year round you can enjoy the games, videos, books, and DVDs left for your use.
Enjoy the free Dial-A-Ride shuttle bus service to get around Beaver Creek. The shuttle bus picks you up at our home and drops you off at the ski slopes or any location in the Beaver Creek resort. During the ski day, the bus runs every 10-20 minutes. Don't hassel with loading and unloading the car or parking in a far away lot -- the shuttle bus will drop you off right at the main ski lift. At the end of the ski day, catch the shuttle back to the condo. Even if your entire party is not ready to leave, those who are done skiing can catch the shuttle bus and the rest can come later. If you're going somewhere other than the ski slope, call dial-a-ride and the bus will pick you up at our front door and bring you anywhere within Beaver Creek, free of charge.
Our local manager is available if there are any issues during your stay. Daily or mid-week housekeeping is available for an extra chage, if requested in advance.

My family and I had a great time at this Townhome in the Fairways. The home was perfect for us as two of our kids slept in the bunk room and the other upstairs in the second master. Great house for a big family or two small families. The owner Mary was very nice and everything was as we were told. Beaver Creek has a free shuttle during the day and free Dial a Ride at night so we never even used our car except to go to the grocery in Avon. We loved your place. The view from the pool/hot tub is spectacular and your gorgeous home was wonderful in every way. Had a great time in Beaver Creek and loved the home. Having the 2 master bedrooms and the bunk-bed room was perfect for our two families. After skiing we all enjoyed the hot-tub. We also cooked most dinners at home to save $. Kitchen was well equipped. Being on the golf course gave the kids lots of room to build snow forts and go sledding. The Beaver Creek shuttle is fast and so nice not to worry about parking. The entry way did get crowded with boots and shoes and was a little hard to work around when trying to get to the washer and dryer. My sister-in-law and our two girls skipped skiing two of the days. Avon rec center has a great work-out facility for a min price. Also went to the free cooking demonstrations at Beaver Creek and managed to make it to the mountain for the 3pm chocolate chip cookies. Hope to come back in the summer or fall. I am sure the Aspens are beautiful.Recommended for: Age 55+, tourists without a car, families with teenagers, families with young children, girls getaway, sightseeing.
