Shopping and Fresh Catch of the Day: Shopping, Groceries , restaurants, kayak and jet ski rentals are all under 5 min. away. This is an authentic little fishing village where the locals fish most everyday. Just ask and my property manager and she will gladly bring the fresh catch of the day right to your door. Lobster when in season or cut and cleaned fish. Another option for a bit more adventure you can also go down and meet our locals at the public beach marina just 5 minutes from the house. At about 12:30 pm when the fisherman come in, you can buy fish at incredible prices. They are very friendly and very much appreciate your buying their fish. Always proud of their catch, They will cut and clean it for you on the spot. You can then take it to the local road side restaurant across the street and they will cook it for you. Or of course you can take it home for that fresh catch of the day BBQ. There is truly no other town like this on the island. We have six homes now in this great little town with very private accommodations from each other.
