This beautiful condominium (Lodge Condo #10) will give you the best of the Black Butte Ranch experience! High season, rent it as a 3 or 4 bedroom condominium. You have a very roomy 1,900 sq. feet when you rent it as a 4 bedroom. Off-season allows rental of the condo as either a 1 , 2, 3, or 4 bedroom or adds the option of just renting a deluxe or hotel bedroom only.
Not only conveniently located close to the entrance of Black Butte Ranch and the main Lodge, this condominium is light and bright and stunning. The decor is updated contemporary with creative use of color and artwork. The furnishings are newer and comfortable. The living room is spacious and bright with lots of windows, a large LCD television and a game table for those scrabble nights.
The kitchen is large and well equipped with seating at the bar and a large pine dining table. Upstairs is a king bedroom. Walk through the king to the large bunk room with a play area for the kids. There is a shared bathroom in the hallway. Downstairs is a large master king bedroom with a view, fireplace and large LCD television and bath. The twin room also has its own bath, deck and television.
This condo has wrap-around spacious decks and great southwest exposure for sunbathing, just relaxing ,or for those evening BBQ's with family and friends on the gas BBQ that is provided.
You are a short walk to the Lodge for dining, the Lodge swimming and tennis courts and the Recreation Barn. If you like green grass, there is plenty as far as the eye can see in front of your condo.

The main living room and wrap around deck offer absolutely the best head on views of the Sisters mountains from any property at Black Butte Ranch. The former president of the BBR resort development had first pick and bought it for his personal use. Completely redecorated in 2011, including a Timberteck splinter free deck, this flexible condo can accomodate 10 using the upstairs bunk room and can offer an elegant setting for two. The Lodge resturant and bar are just across the large lawn complex and all of the amenities including tennis, pool, bicycles, and Rec barn are just a stroll away. We love it here and plan on coming back with friends.Recommended for: Families with teenagers, sightseeing, romantic getaway, age 55+, families with young children, girls getaway, tourists without a car.

Rates
Summer season, the rate is $350/night for the 4 bedroom condo with a 7 night minimum. Please call us for other rate combinations. A 10% discount applies during the shoulder seasons. Off-season, the rate is $255-$320 per night. Xmas & New Year's regular rates apply. Call for specifics. 8% tax & a refundable security deposit equal to one night's rent apply to all stays. A cleaning charge $135.35 (4 bdrm.-includes tax) applies to stays less than 5 nights. $20/per night charge for your dog - restrictions apply. BBR accesses a $5/per person/per night fee upon your arrival at Welcome Center. Rates & dates can change w/out notice.
