As you enter our subdivision, Rancho El Dorado, there is a large fountain and pond where you can sit and feed the ducks or stroll along the pathway. There is a playground area with covered picnic tables, basketball courts, and lots of green space. This can all be done under the massive 40’ tall palm trees.
The house itself is approximately 1600 sq ft.3 bedroom, 2 bath bungalow with an inground spa style pool with rock waterfall. New Granite throughout and decorative landscape.
The Master bedroom boasts a King size pillow top bed with ensuite, huge walk in closet with shelving and hanging space. Our second and third bedrooms each have Queen Pillow top beds, dresser, a nightstand and ample closet space.
The living room has brand new couch/ love seat, it also has a 55” flat panel television. Cable provides you with roughly 120 channels.
There is seating for six at the kitchen table. Kitchen is equipped with fridge/stove/microwave and dishwasher. Laundry area has a brand new Maytag washer and dryer.
One of the best features of this home is the backyard. It has a very large ingound pool. Pool is NOT heated but is around the temperature of 70F in the winter months and 90F for May –Oct. (Most people don’t use the pool in Dec/Jan/Feb. Thus we close it up for these months) There is plenty of pavement area in the backyard to enjoy it all year round, as well as a stainless steel BBQ. As our home is located within the Rancho El Dorado subdivision, which is minutes away from the “The Duke” golf course. The Duke ranked #1 “Best new Course in Arizona” Travel golf 2003. Play “The Duke” and other Ahwatukee courses for rates of $9-$55 with the new 2010 Gold Card. You have more than 50 courses only 30 minutes away from the house.

Just 17 miles south of Chandler off Interstate #10 on Hwy. 347. Again, only 35 mi minutes to Phoenix Sky Harbour International Airport or Mesa Gateway Airport.
