Terra Verde is an absolutely beautiful NEW resort with superb amenities offering the BEST in vacationing! Just minutes from the magic of DISNEY, the excitement of UNIVERSAL, the wonders of SEA WORLD, and GOLF! All the other attractions, shopping and dining are "just a stone's throw away." Terra Verde is a secluded paradise "in the middle of all the action!"

Your vacation will be enhanced by staying in our new townhouse. You could stay in a hotel, closed in by four walls, but why would you want to? Our townhouse, "Palm Paradise", is light and airy, furnished stylishly with Florida Palm decor and has a wonderful feel of "open-ness." It is a corner unit facing a beautiful preserve affording you privacy when you want it. When you want to "Party Hardy" with the crowd, you only need to take a very short walk to the Clubhouse.

Do you like to eat? Who doesn't? There are many great restaurants at affordable prices just down the road from Terra Verde, on US 192. Of course, if you want to stay home and cook a good meal, you can do that as well. The kitchen is fully equipped for your convenience.

Terra Verde is a vacation retreat that is all about choices: You can swim or sun by your private pool or skip over to the Clubhouse's grand pool and join the crowd. Don't forget to order a cool beverage at the poolside Tiki Bar! If you've got a little extra energy, you can shoot hoops at the basketball court, spike the ball over the net on the white sand beach volleyball court, or you can hit the fitness center for a run, some cycling, or to "pump iron" or... if just thinking about this gets you tired, you can jump into a hammock to rest under the shade of the palm trees. So, there's a lot to do, if you are so inclined.

The Terra Verde Club offers a wonderful variety of amenities: Resort-sized swimming pool/sunning beach, large sunning deck, outdoor tiki bar, fitness center, spa services, sauna, snack and beverage service, basketball half court, hot tub, hammocks beneath the palms, sundry shop, cyber café, big screen, video arcade, children's play area, children's climbing rock, stocked fishing lake.

To ensure that your stay with us is the most enjoyable, our concierge and management team are there to address any question or concern that you may have. "If your time at home at Terra Verde calls for extra pampering, you need only stop by the concierge desk.   • It was a joy to relax and vacation at this villa appropriately named by the owners as "Palm Paradise" It was a paradise and the "palm' theme was beautifully integrated in the decor. This villa was tastefully decorated, yet comfortable and functional in every way. It was very clean and had all the conveniences needed for a wonderful family vacation. The private pool was a delight. The water was sparkling clear, the patio table and chairs were new and the grounds were impeccably maintained. It was a pleasure to enjoy the facilities of Terra Verde --- pool, clubhouse, childrens play area, basketball hoops, etc. The concierge was attentive and helpful with tourist attraction details. This was a beautiful gated community where my family was able to enjoy both a restful and active fun-packed vacation. We will recommend this vacation villa to our family and friends. It was indeed a pleasure to talk to the owners before our trip. We knew clearly what to expect and they were extremely helpful and kind in sharing a great deal of valuable information. Their personal touch truly made a favorable impression on us. The owners provide a superb vacation retreat for their guests. We could not have asked for more! This is a special villa---great location --near the clubhouse and yet the private backyard pool area (which backs up to a nature preserve) affords a venue for serenity and quiet relaxation. We whole-heartedly positively and favorably rate this particular villa and the Terra Verde gated community as a wonderful family vacation destination. You will not be disappointed --- it's a winner!
