Sarasota is truly the cultural and arts center of the Gulf Coast with so many activities, it's difficult to mention. This condo is at the center of Longboat Key with easy access to island amenities and fantastic world class dining
THIS CONDO RENTS FOR A MINIMUM OF TWO MONTHS

As soon as you step inside the door of this ultra-comfortable, decorator-designed condo, a feeling of total relaxation will sweep over you. The condo overlooks the Gulf of Mexico on beautiful Longboat Key, and has all the amenities you need to enjoy your time here. Being a corner unit allows views from every room. Both bedrooms and the living room open onto the Lanai.
Step out onto the 2nd floor balcony and take in the unobstructed beauty of the soft sandy beach and expansive Gulf. Watch the dolphins swim by in the mornings, as you enjoy your coffee and the pelicans diving for their dinner. Catch the sunsets every evening with a glass of wine -- each one more spectacular than the last.
The Master Bedroom has a king bed, TV, sliding doors to the balcony, walk in closet, and Private Bath.
The Second Bedroom has a queen bed, TV, sliding doors to the balcony and a second bathroom across the hall.
Both bedrooms overlook the Gulf of Mexico and are nicely furnished with designer sheets and comforters. Keep the doors open to listen to the waves of the Gulf while they gently rock you to sleep.
The living/dining room is spacious and beautifully decorated with the most comfortable of furnishings--one large couch, a love seat and an overstuffed chair, Flat Screen TV, and DVD player. The bright eat-in gourmet kitchen has all the utensils and cookware you need to make delicious meals.
This is our second home, not a traditional rental property. We only rent it once a year during season.
Swim in the warm waters of the heated PRIVATE POOL, or take a walk on the beach. The RECREATION ROOM has a TV, pool table and some workout machines.
Enjoy a 20-mile paved jogging/walking/biking/rollerblading path the length of the Key just outside the front door. Tennis courts, golf and an excellent grocery store are minutes away.
St. Armand's Circle is just a few miles south where you can shop to your heart's content, dine at a different restaurant every night, or just sit and people watch at this pedestrian-friendly island.
Recently, Conde Nast Traveler Magazine and its Readers Choice Award for 2010 rated Longboat Key the #2 Top Island in North America. Stretching 11 miles between the waters of the Gulf of Mexico and Sarasota Bay, Longboat Key offers great year around warm, sunny weather, conducive to all types of outdoor activities.
Excellent restaurants can be found in the island and in nearby Sarasota/ Bradenton area, including the famous shops and restaurants of St. Armands Circle. You can also go across the bridge to Sarasota and enjoy many cultural gems, including the Sarasota Opera, the Ringling Museum and the Asolo Repertory Theatre. Fishing, boat and Jet Ski rentals, Ringling Museum, Mote Marine, Mary Selby Botanical Gardens, and other attractions are just minutes away.
Longboat Key is only an hour away from Busch Gardens in Tampa and a couple of hours from Disney World in Orlando.

My bride says that Longboat Key is the only place that I can truly relax. I agree. Just going over the bridge from Sarasota, I can feel the weight and challenges of the world escape from my body.
The Unique Benefits at this Condo:
Directly on the Beach. Both Bedrooms and the Living Room look out onto the Gulf. Both Bedrooms have sliding glass doors that open and allow the gentle sounds of the waves be heard all night long. Most peaceful place I know.
