  We had an incredible time. The cabin was everything it said in reviews and more. We would definitely stay there again. Susie was available for questions and responded quickly. The place was cozy, stocked with wood, towels, and the view amazing. The lake was in walking distance and the blue jays so abundant. It was a memorable weekend.

  Our stay at this gorgeous cabin was very enjoyable! We had 8 people ranging in age from 8 to 83 and everyone had a great time! The cabin was perfect (sparkling clean, well-maintained, and very warm and welcoming) and had everything that we needed. The location is amazing with a beautiful view and just a short walk to the lake. The owner made the process from beginning to end very easy and was always available to answer all my questions. (Thank you very much, Susie!) I would highly recommend this place to anyone!

  We had a great weekend at this charming and cozy lakeview home in Lake Arrowhead. The owner was a pleasure to work with prior to our arrival. She was very responsive everytime I contacted her with questions and very friendly. She put my apprehensiveness about dealing with a private owner versus professional renting co at ease. The home was ideal for our children with its location right behind the UCLA Conference Center. The boys enjoyed walking through the conference center to get to the beach. The house is located pretty much across the Lake Arrowhead Village so it's a little drive to there but not that far. The property was fully stocked with anything you may need like kitchen and bathroom supplies. It also had fantastic lake view from the back deck and upstairs rooms. Overall it was a very enjoyable stay and I would definately recommend renting this house!

  Fantastic mountain destination! Location is on a very quiet street with cabin at the cul-de-sac end. Perfect for anyone who wants peaceful time in the mountains. This is much more than a rental cabin, but a very clean home loaded with amenities. The back of the property sits on the edge of the UCLA conference facility and offers a beautiful lake view. Perfect for relaxing with morning coffee and sunset wine time! Great bird watching too. Tavern Bay Beach Club is about a 7 minute walk from the cabin through UCLA. Great beach area for fun in the sun! From the beach club there is also easy access to the Arrowhead Lake Association hiking trails. Exploring and sightseeing was great! This home would be ideal for families with young children. Lots of movies and even an XBox. The front porch and back deck are enclosed so children would not be able to wander from the home. They also have a baby gate available which we used at night to keep our senior dog upstairs. My husband and I spent a week here and loved it. The nicest cabin we've ever rented and I know we'll visit again. Note: If you're not familiar with Arrowhead, this is a private lake, so there are no options for renting boats or jet skiis. Lake passes are available at this home for the beaches and hiking trails.

  We just spent a great 3 night Labor Day weekend at this charming lake house and enjoyed every minute of it. The owner was a joy to deal with leading up to and during our stay. She was always very friendly and responsive. The pictures of the views of this property does not do its justice. The lake views from the deck and upstairs rooms were awesome! This house in particular was great for young children because of the large UCLA property right in front. Our boys enjoyed walking through it to the lake front. There was plenty of room to roam and play. The house was very well kept and maintained for an older home. The owner does an excellent job keeping up the house in a great condition! It was a rustic home with all the modern comforts. I would definately rent this house again and recommend to other families. Well worth it!

  We stayed at the cabin with our three young children. This is an excellent location in a cul-de-sac and it is within walking distance to Bruin Woods and Tavern Bay. The view from the back deck is spectacular and serene. The cabin had everything we needed - it was also stylishly furnished for a rental. I would recommend this wholeheartedly - you will not be disappointed.

  My husband and I celebrated our 10 year anniversary at this amazing cabin. It is very charming and located in a great neighborhood - the house has access to trails that lead right to the lake! The views are breathtaking, we didn't want to leave. The house itself is very clean and has every comfort you might need while away from home. We slept great and spent the whole trip nestled by the fireplace. We did not turn on the TV once, instead we played games, did puzzles, cooked fantastic dinners, and simply enjoyed the scenery. I highly recommend staying here and can't wait for our next trip!

  My family and I loved the Lake House! We spent a few days relaxing, enjoying the house and its surroundings. Every room is adorable and cozy. The house is stocked with everything from spices to movies to shampoo. The location is wonderful. We will definitely return, Thank you!

  My husband and I stayed in this delightful cabin over the new years weekend. It was the perfect way to ring in 2012! This cabin is completely stocked with everything you need for a quick getaway. It was clean, cozy, easy to find, and just a short walk to the lake. We really enjoyed morning coffee (and afternoon wine!) on the big backyard deck overlooking the lake, as well as lighting a fire and watching movies at night. Perfect little retreat in the woods.
