The two levels provide enough room for two or three families and allow to have separate living or playing areas. The main floor has a beautiful kitchen with new appliances and a breakfast bar; a dining area which comfortably sits eight; a living area with an impressive custom stone wall with flatscreen TV, a fireplace and spectacular views of the valley; a large hall bathroom; one master bedroom with bath and a second bedroom with a king size bed. The lower level consists of a large master suite with a kid-friendly bunk bed (twin over double), a full bath, walk-in closet, sitting area with a fold-out futon sofa bed (double), TV/DVD and fireplace, a laundry area and walk-out patio.
Skiers will love this ski-in and ski-out location, right above the Highlands Express ski lift! Just steps away from the slopes. With snow on the ground, you can ski from our lower level patio to the black diamond slopes starting from the Highlands Express ski lift or you can just walk around the buiding and take the steps down to the top of the slopes. The condo is also within walking distance to the Wintergreen Aquatics & Fitness Center, the Spa, the Nature Foundation, and the Smokey's Black Bear Cafe. The Highlands Trail starts next to the building, so you can walk to the Mountain Inn from the condo or connect to other hiking trails.
One 'Guest of Member' Exclusive Access Card, good for up to 4 people, is provided to all renters. This card provides access to the Wintergreen Aquatics & Fitness Center, Devils Knob Golf Course, Devils Knob Tennis, Lake Monocan, Stoney Creek Pool, Tennis & Fitness Center, Chestnut Springs Pool and Rhodes Farm Pool.

Pros: Clean Owners were informative and friendly and very helpful with information Good location (walkable to small cafe, pool/spa complex); short drive to slopes Unlimited firewood :) Comfortable living room furniture Cons: I might have read into the description but when it says it was renovated I expected it to all be renovated and while the kitchen and bathroom vanity were updated, the overall feeling was a more dated look than we were expecting. It also didn't quite have the coziness we were hoping for but this could be b/c the owners only acquired it fairly recently. In summary, we thought it was a perfectly fine place to stay but would choose to try another place next time.
Recommended for:Families with young children, families with teenagers.

What a great place to stay! With amenities such as extra towels, shampoo and conditioner, tons of spices, sugar, coffee, tea and more, this condo is perfect for a quick getaway. We stayed over the holiday weekend and even though there was not much snow, we enjoyed the aquatic center and a day of skiing. If there would have been snow, this ski in ski out location would have been perfect. The views are amazing. Sunrise is a special time. The downstairs is perfect for kids with the bunk bed and pull out futon. Games and movies and books also kept many busy. We loved how the building also provided firewood. We were warm every night with the fire! Can't wait to come back when snow is on the ground!

Our family of 7 spent the Christmas weekend at this condo and it was perfect. Although we were hoping to ski, due to the lack of snow we instead found some great hiking trails, waterfalls, used the fitness room and swimming pool. The condo was everything they promised and more. Beautifully decorated and immaculate, cozy fireplace, comfortable beds and every kitchen utensil to make a full christmas dinner. The view out the big windows was breathtaking, especially as the sun came up in the morning. I will highly recommended this rental and hope to return myself.
Recommended for:Romantic getaway, tourists without a car, adventure seekers, girls getaway, age 55+, families with young children, sightseeing, families with teenagers.

We also like that it was supplied with the basic essentials. The weather was great! I loved the décor of the condo. My friends and I spent a lovely weekend in this well outfitted condo. Everything is up-to-date, the appliances, furniture, etc. The beds were extremely comfortable, and there was plenty of space for all of us. It was only a short walk to the spa, fitness center, tennis and the Black Bear Cafe. These things alone made it a great rental. But it was the small things that made this condo stand out from others I've experienced. Each of the bathrooms has shampoo and tissue, and there's a hairdryer as well. It was nice not to have to drag these things with us. The refrigerator was also stocked with basic condiments, cream cheese and other treats that can be hassle to pick up for a short stay. All these little amenities and conveniences added up to a great weekend. Thank you so much for sharing your home.
