Montecristo is an exclusive double-gated community within Quivira, adjacent to one of the most exclusive private residential areas in Mexico, Pedregal. Our villa is situated on the mountain, above the Pubelo Bonito Sunset Beach timeshare facility. This is a luxurious 3 bedroom, split-level villa in which all living areas have a panoramic view of the Pacific ocean. It boasts it's OWN private infinity swimming pool, BBQ and outdoor 8 person jacuzzi on the upper deck. Inside there is a fireplace, DSL computer, DVDE and 5 flat screen TV's. Finishings are of marble, granite and canterra quality with solid mahogony woodwork. Sleeping arrangements include two rooms with king beds, one with 2 queen beds and a sofa bed in the downstairs den. The master bedroom has an indoor jacuzzi tub. The ultra-modern kitchen includes a stove with oven, microwave and refrigerator. For convience, there is a laundry room which includes a washer-dryer plus an ironing board and iron. You will be given "full-access" to all the ammenities at the stunning Sunset Beach and Rose Resort. This includes it's fine-dining restaurants, bars, deli, European Health Spa and Fitness Center, coffee shoppe, Market, 16th Century Chapel, medical center and five pools with kids activities. Bottom line, a place where life-long memories are made!
