Let this beautiful mountain townhome be your perfect getaway! Located directly across from Durango Mountain Resort, your family will have a wonderful experience no matter the season. Take the free shuttle and be at the slopes in minutes, or head up to mountain village and enjoy shops, activities, and restaurants nearby.
This gorgeous new townhome includes 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms and is beautifully decorated. The kitchen includes bar seating for 4 as well as a built in desk, and opens to the adjacent dining and living area, giving you plenty of space to relax and enjoy the surroundings.
The master bedroom has its own gas fireplace and TV. Located on the private master patio is a hot tub where you can take a relaing soak and enjoy the great views. The private master bath includes a double vanity and oversized tub. A second bedroom contains a queen bed and TV and the third bedroom has a bunk with full bed on bottom and twin bed on top as well as a twin daybed.
Enjoy great views of the slopes from the balcony off the living room, complete with a full-size grill. You can also take a short walk to the beautiful community gazebo with space for outdoor dining as well as a fire pit and outdoor bbq area.
An attached garage gives you space to park the car or leave your gear out of the way.
As guests of Black Bear you will have access to the pool and spa at Purgatory Lodge. Imagine the fun the kids will have in the outdoor heated swimming pool with water slides while you soak in the hot tub. In summer the outdoor deck is a perfect place to enjoy the near perfect weather of the Rockies while waiting for one of many summer time concerts to start in the big tent.
