The owners of this condo are very prompt with answering your questions. The positives to this condo were the one car garage, quiet area. There is a washer and dryer to use. Kitchen area is stocked well enough. The pool area is close and very nice. The pool is not heated. The living room furniture is uncomfortable, and not enough of it. There are no floor lamps, so ceiling lighting is inconvenient for anyone sleeping in the loft area. There is nothing to play movies on, and television programing is limited. The bed pillows desperately needed replacing. They were very stained and old. The water filter on the refrigerator needed replacing, so we could not use the water or ice. Sound echoes like a church. The kitchen towels were sour smelling, and the bathroom was not adequately cleaned. If you are looking for a quiet place to just stop in to sleep for the evening, this would work for you. but if you're looking to relax in comfort daily, I would say look elsewhere. Not a bad stay, but I would look elsewhere next time.Recommended for: Age 55+.
Owner response: Thank you for taking the time to let us know about the concerns you had during your stay. We have replaced the pillows and water filter. Unfortunately the unit does not allow for more furniture in the living area due to its size and lay out. We tried to make our condo as comfortable as possible for our guests. We certainly hope our guests have an enjoyable stay and we will continue to work to make our condo the best it can be!

The condo & complex are very unique and the location is perfect. Many amenities are within walking distance. We really enjoyed our evening walks through the Augusta Ranch neighborhood. We always felt very safe. The condo itself had everything we needed and we were happy to come back there after a day of activities. The owner was in contact with us to make sure everything was going well. We made many wonderful memories during our stay there.Recommended for: Sightseeing, adventure seekers, age 55+, families with teenagers, romantic getaway, girls getaway.

The condo at Augusta Ranch is very quiet and comfortable. I especially enjoyed being in a area that is very convenient to golf, shopping, and fine restaurants. The structures in the area are very unique.Recommended for: Adventure seekers, age 55+, families with teenagers, romantic getaway, families with young children.

This property was completely refurnished, new linens, beds, dishes -everything we needed. Conveniently located close to freeways. Owner was extremely accommodating to make sure we had what we needed. Kids loved the loft. Clean and quiet neighborhood.Recommended for: Sightseeing, adventure seekers, families with young children, girls getaway.
