  This penthouse is located within the gated community of Cabo del Sol. It is a large 3 bedroom, 3 bath condo with 2 extensive balconies, the balcony off the master suite includes a hot tub. The main area contains a living area, dining area, a full kitchen, and full laundry. Underground parking, and elevator access are included. This is a well maintained community located between the Sheraton Hacienda and Fiesta American resorts, both of which are accessible. Two golf courses and a clubhouse are located within the gated community. Upon arrival we were greeted by our concierge. The view from the living area of the Sea of Cortez is spectacular; open the large sliding window and walk out on the main balcony to revel in the expansive view of the beach and listen to the pounding surf. The interior is well maintained and furnished with all the amenities. Both the main and second bedroom are generous in size with large in suite baths. A third bedroom with twin beds has a bath across the hall. Internet access and VOIP phone are included. The grounds are nicely landscaped and well maintained. An infinity pool is directly outside the building. A short walk past some private homes places you directly on an expansive beach that runs the entire length of Puerta del Sol and the Sheraton Hacienda. During our stay the beach was sparsely populated. Access to the Sheraton is a brief walk down the beach. If you are looking for a relaxing retreat for your vacation this is a wonderful location. You are a 10 minute drive to Cabo San Lucas/Mendano Beach area, and a little longer to San Jose' del Cabo. If you prefer to avoid the hustle of Mendano Beach and the marina stop by one of the local grocery stores, Costco, or WalMart and stock up. You will not be disappointed by this magnificent penthouse condo. I highly recommend this property.

  The pictures look fantastic, but nothing can compare to seeing this stunning condo firsthand and waking up to the spectacular ocean view each morning (after falling asleep to the sound of crashing waves which you can hear from the bedrooms)! I came here with my fiancé (just the two of us). This was our second time staying at a condo at the Puerta Del Sol development and, after staying in this particular condo, we know have found "the one" that we will come back to time and time again. The owner was a pleasure to work with in the days and months leading up to the trip and, once there, the property manager was incredibly attentive and did everything he could to make sure we had what we needed and that we were taken care of very well. One of the things we liked best was that, unlike a crowded hotel/resort where you have to claim poolside chairs by 8AM, you can come to the pool (there are three) at any time and often be the only ones there. We found everything in the description and photos to be accurate and many things exceeded our expectations...especially the spacious outdoor terraces! We recommend walking to a delicious brunch at one of the two neighboring hotels each morning (Sheraton or Fiesta Americana...Sheraton is an easier walk) or driving to downtown Cabo for dinner/shopping/tourist activities. If you don't rent a car it is easy to arrange for taxi pickup at the property. We wouldn't hesitate to recommend this condo to family or friends and can't wait to go back one day ourselves!

  We spent five days at this condo and it could not have been better. We are two couples in our 50's looking for a relaxing long weekend. This was perfect. The unit is located on the top floor, hence vaulted ceilings and a wonderful open feel. The rooms are large, inclding the two master baths. The four large glass panels in the main room pull all the way back to allow the weather and sea smells into the unit and expand your outdoor living. The two master bedrooms afford privacy for both couples, as they are on opposite sides of the common space. We like to cook some of our own meals and the kitchen was well stocked and set up for that. The concierge service was impeccable and told us about the right local markets to get all our foods, local as well as anything you get in the states. The concierge will also set up any activities you want and stock the unit full of your needs (food and drink) ahead of time. The gorunds of the complex are between the Sheraton and the Fiesta Americana. We walked over to the Sheration, via the beach for some great sushi and to watch a football and baseball game. The beach is perfect and a very short stroll from the unit. The building in which the unit is located has its own pool area, which was great, as it limits how many others are there. Behind two gaurded entrances, you couldn't be more secure. There is a workout facility right next door. Simply put, everything is right there, you don't have to leave the grounds to have a great day and relax. And if you want to go into Cabo, it is a short and easy drive. The owner was very responsive and communicative as we set up our vacation plans. We recommend this vacation spot highly!

  I would highly recommend this property! The rental was extremely clean and well maintained. The decor was very tasteful and luxurious. The master bath was like staying in a high end spa resort. An incredible beach view from all rooms. The beach is close enough to walk to. The listing photos actually don't do the condo justice. The condo was much more beautiful in person. Would absolutely return for another trip in the near future!
