  Dear Lynn& Steve Thank you! Your condo was just as described and more. Dealing with you both has been a pleasure, you were prompt and always available to respond to questions pre trip. The condo itself felt like a true home from home, spacious, clean, tidy, well equiped. Situated in a quieter area away from the bright lights and bustling tourist strips made it a haven of comfort and calm at the end of busy days. The pool and club area were an additional bonus. It was more than suitable for our family with 2 children under 9. All with easy, 20 minutes, access to both the Disney & Universal parks on quiet roads. Local shopping at Publix 5 minutes away and good simple access to a variety of eating venues. I wouldn't hesitate to recomend it to anyone.

  Had a great stay with 2 teenagers. Clean, well kept and quiet. Pool area and community club house very nice. Friendly tenants. Close to Disney & orlando. Far enough away from congested areas so very quiet surroundings. Would stay again and will recommend to others.

  Our family had a great time. We arrived to a very clean and accommodating condo. Its location was in a quieter part of Orlando compared to a few others we had considered. Not far from the parks, but just far enough to get a break from the business and congestion near the Universal and Sea World area. This was especially nice since we were vacationing during the Christmas break. Golf, grocery, and a pharmacy are very close as well as restaurants such as Subway, Chili's, and Dulcetto. Our kids also got a kick out of seeing the hot air balloons a couple mornings. Even though we were in town to visit the theme parks, the condo had everything we needed from the laundry to the play station to the pool. We couldn't thank Lynn and Steve enough for everything and hope to make the trip back some day.

  Recommended for: Families with teenagers, families with young children, sightseeing.

  We have been holidaying in Florida for the last 15 years and this was our first stay in a Condo. We absolutely loved every moment. The codo itself is excellent, it has everything needed to make your holiday an enjoyable experience. It has all the comforts of home. The fixtures and fittings are all of a high standard especially the beds which are very large and very comfortable. The location is second to none in our opinion - being a few minutes drive to the local shops including a large supermarket.There are plenty of spaces to park outside the condo. There is a large private pool and clubhouse which are kept immaculate. Disneyworld is about 10 minutes drive away. We are certain that anyone staying here would be assured of a great holiday.   We arrived for a three month stay to a fantastically clean, well equipped condo. We immediately felt at home and wanted for nothing. There are plenty of linens, towels and kitchen utensils to make this a home away from home. This condo is in a great location for any type of holiday you are after. It is close to great golf courses, shopping and all the major attractions of the Orlando area. For the snowbirders there is grocery shopping as well as all other types of shopping close by. The clubhouse and pool area are very well maintained. When enjoying the patio in the early morning don't be surprised to see hot air ballons close enough to wave to. The complex is quiet, and very relaxing. I would recommend this to anyone wanting a home away from home.

  Our family thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The many extras from the DVD library and the Playstation to the cooler and the beach towels really made this feel like home. The rooms are spaceous, well appointed and most of all well maintained. The pictures really don't do it justice Lynn was very responsive to all my emails. After we left, I realized my son had left his DS behind. I contacted Lynn on the way home and she quickly responded and contacted her property manager who located the device and will be shipping it to me. We traditionally rent a condo for all of our vacations and this is by far the best propety we have stayed in. I would recommend this condo to anyone wanting to have a nice quiet getaway. Lynn, thanks again for all of your help.

  Our family had our first trip to Disney and staying here was great. It was a nice quiet neighbourhood, the condo had absolutely everything we needed. I felt at home being there, and it was very child friendly. Grocery shopping was literally a 5 minute drive. It is clean, spacious and beautifully presented throughout with very tasteful, practical decor and furnishings. We loved the open plan living, dining and kitchen area. And with flat screen TVs in each bedroom there can be no squabbling over who watches what!. . The photos really do justice to this home - what you see is definitely what you get. The other great positive is location - close to Disney and only 20 minutes or so from Universal. Having amenities such as Walgreens, Publix, gas station, etc very close was also welcome and for those who find Publix a tad expensive there's a Walmart at Haines City, just 7 miles down US27. . My family will definitely come back and we would highly recommend this property to our friends and families!
