Located in the exclusive Timber Trail Subdivision near Peak 8 Breckenridge, this stunning 6 bedroom, 4 and 1/2 bath, ski in/ski out home has become available for rental. This property offers it all from ski in/ski out access, to shuttle, to a membership at One Ski Hill Place. So not only do you have an amazing property to reside in during your next vacation, you also have all the access to the pool, spa, bowling alley, media rooms, and restaurants association with the hotel.
Inside of the property you experience nothing but warmth and comfort from the time you walk in the door. A casual entry leads you up a set of stairs to an expansive open plan dining/grand room/kitchen complete with cathedral ceilings. The grand rooms boasts a gas fireplace, and plenty of comfortable seating for gathering after a day enjoying the fresh powder on the slopes. The kitchen is completely set up to accommodate your large group with everything you will need to serve a gourmet meal. Best of all the dining room is large and can accommodate up to 14 at the main table with space for 6 more at the kitchen breakfast bar. The main master bedroom is just off of this level.
Up a half flight of stairs you will find an open loft area with access to to more bedrooms. The loft area has a TV and a queen futon. One of the bedrooms on this level has a king bed and the other has a queen bed.
Downstairs is set up for relaxation and enjoyment. A pool table, wet bar, and TV are surrounded by plenty of seating. Just out the door you find a large patio with an outdoor gas firepit and private hot tub. On this level you find the two bunk rooms as well as another bedroom with a king bed.
Out the door on the lower level you will find a large 8x8 hot tub and fire pit area (please note that during winter dates the fire pit may not be operational due to snow and ice and the issues with that). This is a great place to come relax after a long day of enjoying Breckenridge.

Rent six nights and receive the seventh free! (Excluding holidays and Spring Break) This property can accommodate a maximum of 14 adults, or 20 total with children. The minimum age limit to rent is 30. Guests under the age of 30 must be accompanied by a parent or guardian at all times. This property can accommodate a maximum of 5 vehicles. 4x4 is highly recommended during any date that snow may occur. Ski access is ski in/ski out Minimum night stay requirements do apply, and for dates that allow less than a 5 night minimum stay there is a cleaning fee of 450 + tax that will be applied to your rental. The refundable damage deposit is $1,500.00 and will be collected in advance. The tax rate is 13.9085%.
