The unit has approximately 1500 square feet of well maintained living space, and is tastefully turnkey furnished with new carpeting throughout. The split floor plan offers privacy for all guests. The master bedroom has a walk in closet and king bed, and the guest bedroom has a queen bed. The well equipped kitchen has an eat in breakfast nook, and there is also a more formal dining area. Why the Owner Chose Bermuda Cove:
I had a temporary work assignment in Naples 15 years ago, and fell in love with the lovely beaches, warm breezes, and friendly people in Naples. When the project ended I couldn't bear to leave, so I bought this condo pre-construction. Over the years it has developed into a wonderful and close-knit community. We have since purchased another property in Naples, but our hearts still remain at our condo at Bermuda Cove! We hope you enjoy it as much as we do.
