  Me n my girlfriends have been trying to stay here for the past 4 years but huge personal things on our end kept us from being able to come:( but finally this year we made it and it was amazing!!!! Gorgeous neach n loved having access to the pool!! Loved the spacious kitchen and liked the 2 rooms but as women we wish we had one more bathroom but thank God for the half bath downstairs!! The owners of the townhouse are truly salt of the earth n property manager was extraordinary!! Most deg coming back next year!!!! Thank u so very much for sharing your Paradise with us!!!!   Our family vacationed to siesta beach, for a much needed time away from work, and hustle and bustle of atlanta life. We found the townhouse lovely, well equipped and comfortable. I am absolutely shocked of the recent post giving this rental a negative review. Those vacationers obviously should have traveled farther south for more pomp and circumstance. We loved it here, and hope to return soon.

  This was our families first family vacation since 1996. We had the time of our lives on Siesta Key. The townhouse was extraordinary! Everything you need for daily living is there and alot of great stuff that you would use on vacation... The place was 'spotless' when we arrived, all decor is very tasteful and cheerful. Super close to the beach and the pool.... We will definitely be back !

  This is the first negative review I have written in over 13 years of vacationing. The first thing I noticed upon arrival was freshly cut hair on the living room table, taped up verticle blinds that neither open or shut, 3 burnt out lightbulbs, leftover food in the pantry from previous guests, chipped mugs, dirty dishes and cheap and limited utensils. The "MAIN" problem was the bathroom shower liner had about 3 inches of mold at the bottom of it and more mold around the faucets. My daughter has Cystic Fibrosis and this was unacceptable for not just her but anyone. The liner was replaced the next day after complaining. The pictures are not as shown. This unit is very drab and it could use a major makeover with a splash of color. White walls throughout and very dated decor. We actually left 1 1/2 days early because we discovered 2 large bugs scurry throughout the kitchen floor early Thursday morning and that was enough for us. The only positives about this place was the short walk to the beach, beach chairs, sand toys and the 2 bikes that were provided for use. However these things do not make up for everything else in my eyes. This was our yearly family vacation that was ruined due to the owners neglect. The owner downplayed the issues and tried to smooth me over with words and offered for us to return for a great rate. NO THANKS!! I will pay double elsewhere before ever staying there again. This is very unfortunate because this unit has potential to be a nice place if addressed properly.

  We stayed at Siesta Beach House in mid-November. It was my husband and I and our 14-month old daughter. It was our first time to Siesta Key. We are so happy with our choice of places to stay. The owners were so helpful and prompt in coordinating the stay; we had everything we needed (and more) to feel right at home. The location was perfect... the distance to the beach was ideal and I like that we didn't have to cross the busy main road to gain beach access, like the properties on the other side of the highway. It was also nice that our daughter had her own room, and she slept very soundly since the property is set back off the main road and it was very quiet.

  Wonderful place to relax and get away. Love the location, people and atmosphere. Would love to come more often if I could.

  Very disapointed, didn't seem like it had been cleaned, bathrooms dirty, toothpaste in sink, tub very dirty, hardly any linens, {2 washcloths, 2 bathtowels, 3 hand towels, one dirty kitchen towel, no hot pads}. They advertised, modern, far from it, small TVs, only one with extra cable. Old and dirty appliances, old and dirty carpeting on stairs and in bedrooms. Advertized modern, ice maker, old, no ice maker.

  The townhouse was excellent; right off the beach, great location near shops and restaurants, and nicely furnished. Our stay was excellent.

  Absolutely first class. Lovely property only a minute from the beach. We have no hesitation in recommending this property. In fact we enjoyed our stay so much and found everyone so helpful that we have booked again in 2012.

  We were surprised to find it was quicker for the short walk to the beach compared to the length of time to get out of the large condos, down the elevators and out to the beach. It was nice to park the car by the door instead of a dark parking garage and we also enjoyed the quietness of the upstairs floor plan. The computer and bicycles were a big plus too and everyone was a delight to work with. Really great time in a very nice townhouse. We'll definitely be back.
