Very disapointed, didn't seem like it had been cleaned, bathrooms dirty, toothpaste in sink, tub very dirty, hardly any linens, {2 washcloths, 2 bathtowels, 3 hand towels, one dirty kitchen towel, no hot pads}. They advertised, modern, far from it, small TVs, only one with extra cable. Old and dirty appliances, old and dirty carpeting on stairs and in bedrooms. Advertized modern, ice maker, old, no ice maker.

The townhouse was excellent; right off the beach, great location near shops and restaurants, and nicely furnished. Our stay was excellent.

Recommended for:Age 55+, romantic getaway, sightseeing.

Wonderful Experience at Siesta Beach House

We stayed at Siesta Beach House in mid-November. It was my husband and I and our 14-month old daughter. It was our first time to Siesta Key. We are so happy with our choice of places to stay. The owners were so helpful and prompt in coordinating the stay; we had everything we needed (and more) to feel right at home. The location was perfect... the distance to the beach was ideal and I like that we didn't have to cross the busy main road to gain beach access, like the properties on the other side of the highway. It was also nice that our daughter had her own room, and she slept very soundly since the property is set back off the main road and it was very quiet.

Recommended for:Age 55+, families with teenagers, families with young children, girls getaway, romantic getaway, sightseeing.

Absolutely first class. Lovely property only a minute from the beach. We have no hesitation in recommending this property. In fact we enjoyed our stay so much and found everyone so helpful that we have booked again in 2012.

Recommended for:Age 55+, families with teenagers, families with young children, tourists without a car, romantic getaway, sightseeing.

We were surprised to find it was quicker for the short walk to the beach compared to the length of time to get out of the large condos, down the elevators and out to the beach. It was nice to park the car by the door instead of a dark parking garage and we also enjoyed the quietness of the upstairs floor plan. The computer and bicycles were a big plus too and everyone was a delight to work with. Really great time in a very nice townhouse. We'll definitely be back.

My husband and I stayed at the rental house in Aug. of 2006. We loved it so much. It had everything that you would need through out the day. The place was so close to everything. Grocery store,boat rentals,and it was such a relief that you didnt have to get in the car and drive everytime you wanted to go to the beach. We will be returning in a couple months in July. We are very excited and we already know the area so it will be a very relaxing vacation with our 3yr. old son

My husband and myself along with 4 exchange students from all over the world just stayed at this Beach townhome. We LOVED it. It was the perfect place to take the family. Everything you need is right there..The students loved it so much also. I felt it was a safe place to take teenagers and the Beach was beautiful as well.. We will return..Thanks so much Frank and Gloria..and Janet..you all were great to work with as well...

We had a wonderful time on our Siesta Key vacation. I have been visiting for the past 20 years. We loved the townhouse. We had everything we needed for a relaxing stay. We also loved the laidback atmosphere at the complex. Can't wait to come back next year!! Thanks, Kim

We stayed in June and were delighted by the fabulous weather, the few crowds, and the WONDERFUL accommodations. The proximity to the beach was priceless! No question, WE WILL BE BACK!!!

Jan.13-20, 2007 Siesta Beach House is a wonderful place to get away to and walk to the beach within minutes. The condo is lovely (3 televisions) and has all the amenities. However, the beach is the best part and a short walk. The only hard part is carrying the comfortable beach chairs (provided) closer to the water. The weather was superb, 87 degrees almost everyday and the beach with its sparkling white sand and clean, warm water one of the best we have ever been on. And, we have traveled extensively. The photos don't do the condo justice as the apartment is truly well stocked and clean and most pleasant. Truly one of our favorite vacations and a pleasant surprise after finding it on the internet. Thank you, Frank and Gloria and anyone else who made it such a lovely place to stay.

Our family has stayed at Siesta Beach House for the last 22-years. So convenient to the beach. No streets to cross or elevators and our car is in view at all times. Very friendly atmosphere. We look forward to vaction each year. We always stay in the 2-bedroom units. Clean & comfortable. Looking forward to March 07.

Great condo in a Great location. This unit actually is just a short walk to beach, with no roads to cross. Probably the best deal on Siesta Key!

We stayed in this condo at Siesta Key recently and had a GREAT time. The condo was as nice as it is described on the WEB site. Not on the WEB site is how fully equipped it is. They had all the standard things that you would expect but, in addition to the Beach lounges, they had coolers, umbrellas, sand toys etc... This made our time on the beautiful beach even more enjoyable. The sun and the sand are great but it is really nice to be so close and in such a nice condo. The off season special rate caught our eye but now that we have experienced it for ourselves, we will be back. All arrangements with Frank and Gloria were also very easy and fast. It was a very positive experience and a great week in the sun.

I've just returned from a relaxing week long visit to this unit. It was conveniently located to the beach and also to excellent reataurants serving fresh seafood. The unit was equipped nicely with everything we needed. The only thing I needed that I couldn't have was more time. I certainly plan to return in the future and hopefully my next visit will be for a longer stay. My friends had to drag me off the beach kicking and screaming all the way to the car when it was time to leave. They all assured me they would be glad to return any time I felt the need... I hope your stay will be as enjoyable as mine was.

We just returned to Ohio from our visit to Siesta Key. We thought the Condo was perfect. It was a very close walk to the beach we we loved. It is furnished with everything you need. It very comfortably fit our family of 5. We will definately be back.

Our family of 7 stayed here from July 13-20 2005 and had a great time. The unit is just a two minute walk to a private stretch of beautiful Siesta Beach. In addition, there is a wonderful heated pool on site and laundry facilities. It is clean and has all the things you need for a comfortable stay. The owners are very pleasant people to deal with.
