We can accommodate groups of 26 people comfortably, for friendly gatherings and reunions for those who demand the finest in lodging. An absolutely unique family retreat, this exceptional property offers 7,510 square feet of interior space. The Main House has five bedrooms, five and a half bathrooms. There is also a Guest Cottage that has an upper and lower suite. Each suite has a private entry, two bedrooms, two bathrooms, kitchen and living area.
On 7 stunning acres of lush green lawns, with flowers and trees, you will find a heated in-ground swimming pool (summer only) surrounded by comfortable teak furniture, market umbrellas, tiki lanterns, and in-pool lighting for moonlight swimming on balmy summer nights. You may enjoy a game of tennis on the well-lit regulation-size tennis court, or a friendly game of horseshoes in our tournament style horseshoe pit.
The Main House is climate controlled for comfortable living year-round and features a large living room adjoined by an equally large recreation room with full-size pool table, and wet bar. Seek serenity in the Bella Vista's air conditioned Sunroom with a natural jacuzzi and magnificent, endless views.
Additional amenities include fully-appointed kitchens with all of the appliances and tableware needed for home cooked meals; satellite television and entertainment center with Big Screen TV and CD/DVD players. Wireless Internet access is available throughout the property. The on-site property managers of the Bella Vista are happy to provide shopping, reservation and concierge services to arrange for any activity the Rocky Mountain haven of Steamboat Springs has to offer; from awe inspiring balloon rides to adventurous powder cat skiing; from a rejuvenating day spa to an exploratory horseback ride.
