We recently had our wedding at Bella Vista and everything about this place and our wedding was perfect!!! We spent 5 nights there with our families and no one could stop talking about how magical Bella Vista was - from the views of the valley and lake to the perfectly cared for grounds and accommodations. The caretakers Jenn and Britt could not have been more helpful or friendly. They made everything about our weekend that much easier and more special. We will definitely be making a return visit to Bella Vista in the future and will have many great memories to last us until the next time! :)

Came here to have a special celebration with my friends. The Bella Vista was so amazing that it was my second time back! Britt and Jennifer were more than helpful and made the stay even more enjoyable. The view, hot tub, bed rooms, and property are absolutely breath taking! Had such a good time my friends and I are already trying to see when when we are all free to come back!

Care Free Living!

I've been doing the group ski trip for over 10 years now. Hands down this was the most care free, easy going trip to date. Thanks to Britt and Jen, I had to do little in way of planning. From ski rentals being brought to the house, pick up and drop off at Hot Springs,Tubing, and dinner recommendation's. I was able to enjoy myself for a change. House was awesome also!

This is the 5th year that our group has stayed at BV for our annual ski trip. This year was no different from the rest...AMAZING! With 25 people, planning a trip is very difficult but the care-takers made everyone very comfortable and were easy to work with during the planning phase and during the time we were at BV. We will definitely continue booking our future ski trips at BV!

The description could never properly describe the views you get from this house! It is truly breathtaking! There were 26 of us on a ski trip and everyone absolutely loved it! The house had plenty of room for everyone and we liked having the separate guest house as well! We do these trips every year and this was everyone's favorite house! Having Jen and Brit there to give advice, answer questions and take us wherever we needed was invaluable! They went way above and beyond to make the vacation a perfect one! Anything we needed, from towels, to pizza, to organizing a last minute snowmobiling trip, they took care of! They even had people come right to the house to fit everyone with skis and boots which took us 2 hours at the ski shop last year! The house is absolutely gorgeous and the hot tub is something out of a magazine!! The trip to and from the lifts was about 12-15 minutes and they were ready whenever we were! It's like having a personal limo service! Extremely appreciated when you just want to get home to the hot tub after skiing all day! I would absolutely recommend this house to anyone thinking of going to Steamboat Springs! I can't wait to go back for a summer trip!

We had a group of 18 adults & stayed for a long weekend in January 2011. Jennifer & Britt, the Property Managers, looked after us so well, driving us to & from the airport & ski resort & were always on hand for any additional requests. The house is superb & plenty big enough for our large group - we especially loved the jacuzzi & games room! Would highly recommend this house for large group vaccations or reunions, it is only about a 15 minute drive to the ski resort & the views of the mountains & surrounding area are just stunning from the the house.

We got married here and could not have been happier! The location is so gorgeous and unique. We loved having 20 of our friends & family stay there with us for the weekend. It really gave us the experience we were looking for. The caretakers, Britt & Jennifer are so caring and amazing and do everything to help you have an amazing stay. Highly highly recommend. It's the chance of a lifetime!

Beautiful View - Disappointing Ending

We had our wedding there recently. The facility was very nice and the view is incredible. While there we could not have been happier. Within hours after we left, we received a email from the hired caretakers who were disappointed with their tip. We did not feel like the on-premises caretakers had done much while we were there. Our tip reflected that and she was disappointed. We were open to increasing the tip and told her we would contact her when we returned from our honeymoon to discuss things. Unfortunately, we returned from our honeymoon to find an unauthorized $500 charge to our credit card for "extra cleaning". We thought the property was very nice and would recommend it to anyone. Unfortunately, the caretakers behavior put a damper on an otherwise great time. If you go, be clear with them what your expectations are.

Our family held our daughter's wedding at Bella Vista. It was a marvelous week. We got to know the groom's family as they stayed at the property with us. The bridal party took advantage of river rafting, hot springs and town. The grandkids had a great time at the property swimming and playing. We all played volleyball. The fire pit was a great place to make s'mores, tell stories and deepen friendships. The patio had the most amazing views. The house itself was very comfortable and inviting. We had many meals there. The wedding was absolutely gorgeous!! The scenery and location was a beautiful back drop to witness the wedding. Our friends and family all insisted it was the best wedding ever! The grounds provided a fabulous back drop to the ceremony and reception. It was one of the best experiences of our life! Jennifer and Britt were available for our every need. They even took beautiful pictures during our stay. Their care of the property makes it an ideal, no worries place to relax and enjoy the magnificent mountains. They were a wealth of information and service. I would highly recommend Bella Vista. It is one of the most beautiful places I have ever seen or had the privlege to enjoy for several days. It is a great place for family reunions, parties, get aways and other gatherings.

Best Wedding Ever!

We held our wedding at the Bella Vista this summer and couldn't have asked for a better venue! The view is one of the best in all of Colorado and coupled with the sunsets, nothing could be more spectacular. The grounds are gorgeous and are perfect for connecting with family and friends. I recommend swimming in the heated pool, playing a game of horseshoes, roasting marshmallows, and of course, playing volleyball! Perhaps one of the elements that made this time so enjoyable and special were the caretakers, Jennifer and Britt, who went above and beyond to make sure that our stay at the BV was all that we wanted it to be. They attended to our needs (of which there were a lot) and made sure that we were having the best time ever. They even took amazing photos of our wedding and rehearsal dinner! I am from Colorado and despite having lived here my whole life, I can say without a doubt that this was one of the best vacations of my life. Thanks again to Jennifer and Britt, and to the beautiful view for the memories. I can't wait to stay there again!

This house is our favorite! Well-thought out, beautifully furnished & plenty of space of all 24 of us! Heili & Brent were easy to work with & made themselves available for all of our silly requests - even helped us figure out how to work the electronics in the house. We flew into Hayden, the Bella Vista bus picked us up, we got groceries, skied, went into town to shop, swam at the Old Town Hot Springs, attended a presentation in town & went out to dinner. The Bella Vista bus took us everywhere we needed to go & we didn't need rental cars. Plus, Steamboat is one of the prettiest places there is & the huge windows in the dining room & hot tub room are perfect for relaxing & taking in the beautiful scenery. Thank you!
