Looking for a relaxing resort but want the convenience that a private home offers? Then this is for you. This two-story home was just purchased in 2011 and brand new furniture and housewares bought to make this home into a high end vacation rental. Located in the best enclosed community in Maricopa--the Villages in Rancho El Dorado. You will have keyed-access to two community pools, Fitness Gym with free classes (Yoga, Pilates, Karate, Aqua Aerobics, etc.), Community Center, Child Splash Park, Tennis Courts, Basketball Courts, Numerous Parks and Picnic Area just two blocks from the house.
Our spacious 2400 SF+, 4 bedroom home includes a living room with 47' TV/DVD system, sitting area complete with gas fireplace, and loft upstairs with 32' flatscreen TV/DVD, great for an extra children's entertainment area. The private master suite with a luxury king bed, oversized tub, separate shower, two sinks, walk-in closet, and balcony. The other 3 bedrooms are complete with queen beds, dressers, iPod/Radio alarm clocks, and are located close to either full baths. One bedroom is located downstairs for easy accessibility. The kitchen is well stocked with brand new appliances which include oven, 25cu. ft. refrigerator, dishwasher, coffee maker, coffee grinder, toaster, blender, and microwave. Leather furniture throughout. The home is equipped with central AC, central heat, and water softener with Reverse Osmosis drinking system. The laundry room holds new He3 GE Washer and Dryer. All new quality dishes, pots & plans, towels, and linens will be supplied. Tennis rackets and basketball will also be available for those who would like to take advantage of the community courts two blocks away. We have a full dining room plus a dinette off the kitchen. Our home is open concept with patio doors from the family room to the private backyard with BBQ and patio set and gives way to open, undeveloped land.
Our home is very child-friendly, equipped with a new crib (pack-n-play) and high chair. The loft (with 32' TV/DVD combo) is a perfect place for children to hang out while the adults relax downstairs in separate living rooms. The balcony and back yard is child-proof as is most everything in the home. The community provides pools and a child-splash park--everything a child wants on a vacation! And Phoenix offers one of the best zoos in the nation. Not only that, but it also contains municipal parks, theme and water parks, play centers, discovery science center, botanical gardens, and anything little hearts can imagine.
Minutes away from several casinos and the Duke Golf course. The Duke ranked #1 “Best new Course in Arizona” Travel golf 2003. Play “The Duke” and other Ahwatukee courses for rates of $9-$55 with the new 2010 Gold Card. You have more than 50 courses only 30 minutes away from the house.Walking distance to grocery stores and many restaurants. About a 25 minute drive to the Chandler Fashion Center/Mall. Also 25 minutes from Phoenix Skyharbor Airport. You can take endless DAY TRIPS and play a different golf course every day from this location. If you enjoy the excitement of casinos, the Harrah's Ak-Chin Casino, is within 10 minutes from the home and Wild Horse Pass within 2o minutes also offers entertainment shows. Maricopa is only 30 minutes from downtown Phoenix. There are many things to do in the greater Phoenix area, from golf to shopping (Chandler Fashion Mall and Arizona Mills shopping malls, outdoor shopping, flea markets, etc.) to sporting events (Arizona Diamondbacks, Phoenix Coyotes, Phoenix Suns, Arizona Cardinals, Phoenix International Raceway (Nascar racing) and multiple professional baseball spring training camps) to eating out (1,000 s of restaurants in the greater Phoenix surrounding area) and of course sightseeing.

We had a wonderful time. We stayed with our four children and found the house to be very comfortable and clean. We really enjoyed all the amenities in the community. Our children enjoyed all the parks that were close by. The kids enjoyed swimming in the pool. We also enjoyed going to the city pool/water park in Chandler. It was only $1.00 to get in and had water slides and a lazy river. Lots of fun. Liked the area so much that we put an offer on a house and hope to be back soon. I would highly recommend staying in this home.Recommended for: Age 55+, romantic getaway, families with teenagers, families with young children, girls getaway.

Our stay in this property was outstanding. A very well thought-out VRBO. Clean, roomy, and tastefully appointed, completely stocked with essentials and several extrasl Best of all, the king bed is the best! Highly recommend.Recommended for: Families with young children, girls getaway.

We are a couple who wanted to stay in Maricopa to see what it is like. The house is beautiful and very spacious on a quiet crescent backing onto an open space which makes it very private. The owners were great to work with and most accommodating and provided a book of material on local places, restaurants, etc. The area community offers a variety of fitness opportunities. We would definitely stay there again.Recommended for: Families with teenagers, families with young children, girls getaway.

We had a wonderful stay watching spring training baseball this year at this place! Highly recommend, especially if you have a family as this place has the perfect set up for even multiple families! Pool had limited availability which was the only minor drawback, but owner is trying to get this changed! Wonderful kitchen, and plenty of room to spread out, we used the backyard and Bar-b-Q and loved them both! Accessibility to community parks was also a major plus for family entertainment.Recommended for: Families with teenagers, families with young children, sightseeing.

The house was excellant, clean and very inviting. We enjoyed our stay and the the owners were excellant to talk to on the phone or email.the area was nice. Just returned from a fabulous vacation in Maricopa at the "Biss Bungalow". We stayed for nearly six weeks. It is a beautiful home and totally equipped with everything we needed. The owners were easy to contact and very accomodating. There was lots of room and it was very comfortable for our family to visit while we were there. We certainly would rent here again and highly recommend this location. Thanks Shelley for being such a great host.Recommended for: Age 55+, families with young children, sightseeing.

Our family rented the house for the Thanksgiving holiday, what a lovely home, very tastefully done and everything you would need right at your finger tips. The owners were super to work with and always available if you needed any questions answered. I would highly recommend this home to anyone - the pool was great and the kids enjoyed the tennis courts.Recommended for: Adventure seekers, age 55+, tourists without a car, romantic getaway, families with teenagers, families with young children, girls getaway.

We stayed for a week in this beautiful house and really loved it. Very quiet, clean, and comfortable with plenty of room to relax both inside and out. With no homes behind it felt secluded for such a convienient location. A short walk to the clubhouse and pools on nice pathways. Great owners to work with as well. I am almost 100% certain we will be staying here again.Recommended for: Adventure seekers, age 55+, romantic getaway, families with teenagers, families with young children, girls getaway, sightseeing.
