The unit offers ample sleeping space for 4 people, having a king bed, TV/DVD and a full en-suite bath in the bedroom, plus a comfortable queen hideabed and another TV/DVD in the living room. There is also a second full bathroom with shower in the property.
The bright, airy kitchen is fully equipped with fridge, stove and microwave and there is a washer and dryer on the premises. Tastefully furnished in the relaxed Bahamian style, with high-quality ceramic tile flooring, the villa is complete with air conditioning, ceiling fans, cell phone, access to the pool and a parking space. We had a fantastic stay at this beautiful little getaway in Great Exuma. The villa was clean and looked brand new. We loved the views from the balcony and we had the pristine Jolly Hall beach to ourselves almost every day. And it's just a short walk to it. The grill came in handy as did the rental car. We did some tours and the beaches were beyond compare. Clean, stunning, and generally calm and unpopulated. The island folks are friendly and knowledgeable. My husband and I have had the most wonderful time in Great Exuma. We stayed in this lovely villa and everything was as it was advertised on the website. It was nice, clean, spacious, perfect for 2 people. We had a little mishap on the 1st night with no hot water upon our arrival, but Scott took care of it first thing next morning. He was very welcoming and had wealth of information about the island. He also invited us to several gatherings and tried his best to make out stay very-very comfortable. Our stay came with a free rental car, which proven to be very useful to have. It allowed us to explore the entire island and various beaches. Definitely nice to have a car, not necessary as water taxies and regular taxies are available, but when you want to explore, a car is a must have! We really enjoyed the island, people, and the beaches. We absolutely were in love with the whitest and softest sand and emerald-blue waters. We explored Great Exuma, Stocking Island, did Eco Tour with Robert around various cays. He was a wonderful guide. We got lucky, because we were the only ones on his boat, so he took extra time showing us some wonderful spots. We also did another tour with Coastal Destinations to different cays, went all the way up to Staniel Cay, had a blast on that tour! Great Exuma is a beautiful island with great weather, nice people and absolutely amazing waters. We will definitely come again in a heartbeat.Recommended for: Adventure seekers, age 55+, tourists without a car, romantic getaway, girls getaway, sightseeing.

Although we didn't ever connect at the gatherings we invited you to, we are glad you had a great time exploring the island on your own. Exuma is a very unique place to vacation and is what you make it! There are enough things to do in Exuma for everyone - you can just chill at one of dozens of great beaches or fill your days with boating, island exploring, tours, excursions plus loads of great evening entertaining spots throughout the week. It was unfortunate that the hot water tank chose to pack it in when it did and that our property manager didn't catch that prior to your arrival. But. our property manager, Kingsley, immediately responded to the call and within 16 hours (on Christmas Eve) had a brand new 30 gallon tank installed in the Villa. We are fortunate to have such great professional help available to us in Exuma and that gives us the confidence to know that whatever property related issues may come up they'll be handled promptly and with a big Bahamian smile! We encourage the use of a rental car while vacationing in Exuma, even if it's just for a few days at the beginning and a few days at the end. A rental car saves you the $35 taxi fare to and from the airport. It also provides you with the opportunity to explore the island in ways that shuttle buses or all-inclusives cannot - we'll tell you all the good spots to find on your own! We're glad that you would come back in a heartbeat and always remember that we'll give you a 10% discount on your return visit or for any friends you refer to us directly!

We had a wonderful stay in Exuma and we really enjoyed this villa. This is a very well maintained property. Very clean and seemed almost new! It has a spectacular view from the balcony. The short walk to Jolly Hall Beach is a daily must. It was one of the nicest beaches in one of the best locations in the Bahamas. A slightly longer (but flat and easy) walk to the "Fish Fry" is well worth it. Great food and a spot on Caribbean flavor. The best is Chat n Chill, which is a quick boat taxi ride across the magnificent Elizabeth Bay to Stocking Island. All our cares just melted away in the breeze. The delicious "Goombays" helped, too! We will definitely be back here again. But we won't be telling too many people in that we'd like to keep this true island treasure a secret so it remains pristine. Exuma has the most vibrant water we've ever seen and we had the beautiful beach to ourselves for hours on end. True paradise!Recommended for: Adventure seekers, age 55+, tourists without a car, romantic getaway, families with teenagers, families with young children, girls getaway, sightseeing.
