This condominium was just completely remodeled during the spring of 2004 and has an Intercoastal Waterway view. Across the street is a dune walk over to the beautiful white sand beach or you can drive to the beach in less than five minutes. There is also a pool.
Approximately ten miles north is the historical city of St. Augustine, where there are lots of fun and interesting activities for all age groups. Some local favorites are the Alligator farm, Ripley's Believe It or Not Museum, and the Old Fort. St. Augustine is also famous for its many fine restaurants and shopping. Also nearby is the World Golf Village and many other fine golf courses. So, come and enjoy!

I loved this condo so much I extended my original planned stay by another 2 days. It would have been more if I hadn't had other obligations! There isn't much you could add to make it any better - across the street from a beautiful (and usually deserted!!) Florida beach, perfect view of some gorgeous sunsets and everything you need inside. The unit was sparkling clean, beds comfortable, linens & towels top quality, kitchen had everything I needed, washer & dryer inside! And the owners are very accommodating - I had asked before my arrival if there was a crockpot and they made sure to bring one down for me. I was there mostly for a 'work retreat' and was not able to enjoy the beach as often as I wished. The neighborhood was quiet & peaceful during the day - I accomplished a lot during my time there. But I would love to spend another week and take full advantage of the beach next time! Thank you so much for a wonderful time - I hope I can come back!
Recommended for:Adventure seekers, romantic getaway, sightseeing, age 55+, families with teenagers, girls getaway, families with young children.

This condo has just about everything! Beach chairs, fully stocked kitchen, even an adorable electric fireplace….I am coming back in the winter! It is very clean and well maintained. The pool is great, easy access to the beach, and great owners to work with. It is so nice not to have to get on an elevator and to have the parking so convenient to where you are staying. I can’t think of a reason not to come back…so we will be back! Thanks for a great vacation.
