First stay w/ all condo unit rental attributes / amenities found to be as advertised. Clean, functional, higher end / well decorated space w/ sweet location for easy access to Bus line (around Avon and to Vail), including BC Ski Mountain, grocery shopping, restaurants, etc. Visited Avon / BC for first time (Spring skiing) in 3 consecutive yrs with no rental car and saw no issues given excellent location of condo. Again, kitchen, awesome gas fireplace, in unit laundry, 3 full baths, outside grill, entertainment systems, wi-fi etc all highly functional / up to date. Really no complaints. Contact with individual, who manages this rental for owner-occupied unit, is cordial, extremely helpful, and straightforward. Would definitely rent again on a BC family ski return trip.Recommended for: Adventure seekers, age 55+, tourists without a car, families with teenagers, families with young children, girls getaway.

I would just like to say that the past week I spent in this condo was AMAZING! It is so cute, clean and cozy and super conveniently located to Beaver Creek. Not to mention the Westin, Starbucks, grocery store and Venture sports for any gear rental you might need for the mountain. The condo had everything we needed including washer/dryer, soap and detergents, extra paper products. I left an unopened bottle of tequila for the next lucky visitor! I will without a doubt stay here again. We all loved it and we all love Avon, Beaver Creek and Vail! I would highly recommend this listing.Did you find this review helpful?
