Clean, affordable, and great location. Spent two nights here over labor day weekend (2012). The house has a nice yard and hot tube. The inside is clean and has everything you need. The couch was a little uncomfortable, but that's not a deal breaker. It's better to be outside enjoying the mountains and town of Crested Butte!Recommended for: Tourists without a car, families with young children, adventure seekers.
Owner response: Unfortunately, sofa sleepers do not make the most comfortable couch but are often necessary.

Year Purchased: 1999
About the owner: I am retired and love living in this beautiful area. I enjoy skiing, both downhill and cross-country in the winter, and love to hike and bike in the summer. what a great place to live!
Why the Owner Chose Crested Butte:
I have a rental in downtown CB because I think it is more fun to live in town. It is very easy to get to the mountain to ski on the free bus. Most restaurants and activities are in town and they are all within walking distance of my rental.
