This beautifully decorated 4 bedroom 3.5 bathroom penthouse condo is perfectly situated at the base of lift #7 and one of the nicest Etta Place condominiums. You couldn't possibly be closer to skiing in Telluride. Just put on your skis and go! It is the perfect location for winter or summer with a heated swimming pool. The popular San Miguel River Trail is right outside your front door. The gondola is just blocks away and steps away is the free Galloping Goose shuttle that will take you throughout Telluride. Etta Place Too is one of the few in-town condos that offers an outdoor pool during the summer.
First Floor:
You have three views: an unobstructed view of the box canyon, the ski mountain and views of sunsets to the west. The large living area with a fully equipped kitchen is ideal for entertaining family and friends. The mountain decor and fireplace makes the setting comfortable and cozy. There's a deck with views to the south, east and west.
The master suite enjoys its own view on two sides and full bath with jacuzzi tub and steam shower. The guest master has a king bed. The third guest bedroom has a queen bed. Another full bath on the main level.
Second Floor:
The kids will love the bunk room area with 4 bunks (2 Twins and 2 Full Beds), a pull out sleeper sofa and a separate entertainment area. The bunk room has its own full bathroom.
Picture yourself lounging in the outdoor hot tub after an exhilarating day of skiing. The hot tub has fantastic views of the ski runs and picturesque Ingram Falls. This is a cozy and comfortable place to enjoy the Telluride lifestyle!
Your vacation will be made as convenient as possible with your full time host and concierge at no charge. No car is necessary because everything is within walking distance. If needed, There's plenty of off street parking adjacent to the condo. No problem getting to Mountain Village either. The free gondola will take you on a 13 minute ride to the town of Mountain Village. You may use Telluride's free transportation via the Galloping Goose which loops through town every 15 minutes, the main pick up is located right outside your door. The gondola operates from 7am to midnight daily.

This penthouse was amaizing!! Beautiful, spacious, clean and the perfect amount of space for the 7 of us in our party. From the beginning booking process to the end the service, hospitality was the best we have had ever booking a house in telluride, we have been going the past 5 years for Imogene pass run. This penthouse has everything you will need for a long stay. It sits at the beginning of town close to the grocery store and only few blocks from downtown, and right up against the beautiful mountain sloap. It is right on the ski slope with just a moment’s walk to the door. The pictures don't really do it justice. It is very spacious and comfortable with lovely views from the lounge over the snow and up the valley. Spotlessly clean and very well maintained. We were a party of six adults - three couples - so three double rooms and three bath or shower rooms was exactly what we were looking for. For a party with children the layout is great as they would have a separate area. Pam and Peter who manage the property and look after you are so kind and helpful.Did you find this review helpful?
