Welcome to our spacious corner unit: 2 bedroom/2 full baths vacation condo/Captains Bay North. Vacationing there you are on the best part of the island. Located mid-island on Estero Blvd. our bldg. is the newest building built (1997) with lovely landscaping all around and just a walk down the driveway to cross the street to the best part of sugar-sand beach.
Steps away you have our beach, Santini Plaza with restaurants and shops (everything you need is there), Fish Tail Marina offers you all from boating to fishing, beautiful scenery, dining on the wharf, and a boardwalk as an alternative to walking our beautiful beach. The trolley stop is at the foot of our driveway to take you from Times Squaare to Bonita Springs & back daily 7 days a wk.
Our condominium is a spacious corner unit with 1150 sq. ft. under a/c with additional areas in the front screened entrance as well as the lanai on the bayside. The condo offers a king-sized bed in the master bedrm suite, with a walk-in closet, double sink bathroom with corner shower stall & toilet separated from the sink & dressing area. Overhead fan/light in the master bedrm.
The guest room offers a new queen size bed with a tempurpedic mattress & box spring with memory foam pillows (an additional roll away mattress can be added to the rm.) with full closet & entrance to the 2nd full bathrm. with both tub & shower. The tempurpedic bed is great for someone with back problems or someone who has problems sleeping! Overhead fan/ight also in the guest room. Both bathrooms offer separate linen closets with all linens provided.
On the Gulf side of the condominium is the front entrance with a screened-in entrance with two chairs and side table offering views above the palm trees of the Gulf. The Bay side has a screened-in lanai with new hurricane glass sliders (with entrance from both the living area and the master bedroom) with overhead light/fan as well as table and chairs for four to dine or relax just watching the wildlife & view.
The living area boasts a queen-size sofa with loveseat, coffee table, and end table with overhead fan and light as well. The entertainment center with all its amenities is located in the living room but can be viewed from the lanai, or formal dining area. We offer an updated & expansive inventory of dvds and vhs tapes.
Besides offering a spacious open full kitchen, there is a breakfast nook off the kitchen on the Gulf side with a table that sits four as well. The breakfast nook is located next to the full laundry room with a full washer and dryer and also standing shelving for the vacationers beachware and we offer beach towels, beach chairs, beach umbrellas, beach totes and beach & sand toys there as well. Pool paraphanelia as well.
The last two dining or sitting areas are the formal dining area with the three alcove windows looking out over the palm trees to the Gulf, this area seats four with full-size table as well and last the two bar stools with backs that are used for a quick breakfast or snack right at the island of the kitchen. From the bar stools, dining area, living room area, and lanai the tv in the living room area can be viewed due to the swivel shelf under the tv.

I felt that the condo was well stocked with towels and such. There was not a time that I thought we were missing anything! Loved the location of walking across the street (next to the Holiday Inn) to get to the beach. I was very comfortable.
