Breath taking views of both Cayucos and Morro Bay rock can be seen from our family's vacation home. From the newly tiled kitchen you can view aquatic wildlife, while enjoying meals. Often we are able to see porpoise, and migrating whales swimming by. For those who like to view wildlife up close, during low tide, there are many tide pools within a short walk from the house.
This ocean front home has its own private stairs to the beach with a new shower to make beach clean-up easy. It has 2 large decks for outdoor relaxing and sunbathing without the sand. We have 2 bedrooms, one with a king size bed and the other has twin beds. The house also has a fold out sofa with a queen size bed. Both the bathrooms have showers but no bathtubs. All rooms have been newly painted inside the house. The exterior also has just been painted. To keep your car from the ocean moisture our home has a garage that is attached.
This Cayucos house is only for rent by the month, or for extended stays from the months of October through May and rent for $3700.00 per month. Pets need to be approved by owner and there will be an additional pet deposit required. Utilities are paid and the house comes with internet access and TV.
This is a place to make lasting memories and watch each day come to a close with a beautiful Pacific Ocean sunset.
