I stayed here with my girlfriend last Spring. Communciations with Paris (the owner) was easy and stress free. The unit is very comfortable, nicely decorated and even though in a building it gave me a feeling of privacy. The accommodation was spotless and had a 'home from home' feel to it. Although located in a quiet street this accommodation is ideal as the area is very lively full of shops, restaurants, bars and coffee shops. I was in this flat many times. I love "Athens" and Greece. The flat is all you need for a good holiday or a short stay in athens. I think the price is value for what the flat offer. I check-in in the flat without problem even when I was late the owner was there waiting for me. In the flat you have all you need to cooking, is totaly furnished with good stuff and beautiful deco. This apartment is perfect for a couple or solo traveller who wants to be located in a fashionable, social, safe and convenient part of athens. Plenty of restaurants, cafes, bars and great shopping on your doorstep, with a metro station and Syntagma also within comfortable walking distance. The apartment itself has a comfortably sized bedroom, small kitchenette and combined bathroom/laundry. I was able to book the apartment online without any problems and without breaking the bank. The lovely apartment is a gem! The studio size is quaint, clean and the modern bathroom left me gushing with delight. The complimentary Internet service was fast and convenient. The safe and stylish neighborhood of Kolonaki is great for elegant dining, strolling or people watching from many cafes. Being greeted by the owner was impressive. I was there with my partner over the 2011 holidays season. The place was clean and functional and very cozy. It is also hard to beat the location, within walking distance to almost everything. A funicular serves the pine-clad slopes of Mount Lycabettus, and several of Athens’ museums, art galleries and other institutes are within walking distance.
