We really enjoyed our stay. Its a good location. The pictures are right on, everything was as they show. With that in mind-if you are staying there for upscale luxury, maybe not what you want. For example the living room tv is fairly small and an older model, but the two king bed bedrooms have a tiny tv and the 3rd bdrm had none. The bathrooms don't look like they have been updated in many, many years. The ceiling fans have chains running from them (like in the 70's). The carpet needs a really good cleaning, but other than that and some spots on the bedspreads it was clean. There also were notes everywhere with "do's and don'ts" which kind of bugged us, first time that we have ever seen that. (Usually guidelines are in a notebook). There were lots of other little things that we gave the management staff that needed attention-it was like the management company/housekeepers didn't really care to make sure everything was in good shape. There was nothing that we felt like was bad enough to worry about during our stay. Again, we enjoyed our stay and this condo is a decent place to stay. The price is really good for a 3 bdrm on the ocean. I would recommend it, just know that it's not a recently remodeled unit. Donna, the owner, was easy to work with, talked with her via email and phone prior to our stay.Recommended for: Romantic getaway, people with disabilities, age 55+, families with young children, sightseeing, adventure seekers, families with teenagers.

We just returned from Indian Shores on what was an incredible family vacation. This unit was immaculate and well equipped for a comfortable and enjoyable stay away from home. Everything about Sandcastle II met our expectations. We can hardly wait until next year to come back!Recommended for: Romantic getaway, age 55+, families with young children, sightseeing, families with teenagers, girls getaway.

Condo was great!! Beautifully decorated, really gave you the feel of home. We had a great time, visited Busch Gardens twice, Clearwater Beach was just a 10 min drive and it was gorgeous.
