  I was lucky to be offered a temporary promotion with my job, but the hard part was finding living arrangements. I contacted several places, including this residence. Thankfully the owners were wonderful to work with and made sure I felt at home. All the beds are comfy, with a cute bunk bed in one room. This is a cozy wonderful townhome. All amenities needed are found here, laundry, extra linens, and a wide variety of books, for the leisurely afternoon sitting outside on the porch. The townhome is located within a small townhouse community. Many of the homes are owned/rented by local families. The community pool and work-out was sufficent for my needs, and kept me busy in my downtime. Kanab is a quaint little town, offering alot of great activities, especially during the spring/summer months. I suggest going out into the North Kaibab Ranger District and find some not-so-often seen views of the Grand Canyon and take a day or more in Zion. Best Friends Animal Society is about 15 miles from Kanab, and its a great place, offering tours every day of their facilities. In my down time, I have spent time volunteering. I will miss this place when I leave, but the owners have made this so hospitable, that I hope to return again.

  I would highly recommend this condo for any family visiting the Kanab area. It was comfortable, very clean and with newer furnishings. Everything you need for a comfortable stay - including condiments in the refrigerator and spices and other pantry items! Good beds. The Internet speed was very fast and the owner left good instructions on how to connect the electronics. I was visiting Best Friends Animal Society, but Grand Canyon, Zion and Bryce are not far away, unfortunately I didn't have time on this visit for much siteseeing. But, Kanab is a nice little town, although there weren't many restaurants open because of winter, I guess. But, Rocking V Restaurant has amazing food for such a small town. Escobars is great for Mexican food. One excellent grocery store. 5 stars for sure.

  The home was very comfortable and had everything we needed. We went to Bryce Canyon, rafted the Colorado River, saw the Grand Canyon and enjoyed the beauty of the whole area. This townhome was a great place to return to after a long day out. We'd definitely recommend this property to family or friends.

  We just watched the 4 of July fireworks at Kanab park, it was short and sweet. I would like to let you know that we had great time here, we visited the Zion national park,Glen Canyon Dam,Lake Powell, Coral Pink sand due and Best Friend, and was amazed by the views and people here. The town house is perfect setting for a small family like us (2 Adults, 2 children). The swimming pool was a great bouns. The owner was very kindly checked our arrival time, and turned on the air condition for us, so as soon as we entered the house, it was nice and cool. The rooms are clean and comfortable, the WIFI was working so well, we were very happy here. Thank you again for the lovely home.

  The Kanab Townhome was a perfect fit for my family and I. We wanted a central location while we visited all of the surrounding Parks (Zion, Bryce Canyon, Grand Canyon, Lake Powell), rather than a series of hotel rooms, and this townhouse fit the bill. It was great to come back from a long day of hiking canyons, sit in the comfortable living room, or go to the pool and hot tub to recover. Cooking meals was a breeze in the well equipped kitchen. A few minor things could use updating, but all things considered, I would love to return sometime, and I highly recommend the Kanab Townhome.

  Our family of 5 spent almost a week at Tyler's condo in Kanab. It was very comfortable, clean and quiet. We left the condo each morning energized to visit the national parks (Zion, Bryce, Grand Canyon, and Lake Powell). The pool and jacuzzi were a perfect place to end the day. Thank you Tyler for such a wonderful place to relax and enjoy Utah. I will definitely recommend your condo to family and friends and hope to return ourselves some day.

  We chose this unit because of it's ammenities & it's convienent proximity to all the National parks in Southern Utah. There is a multitude of parks & sites all within a days drive of this unit. I must say Tyler was the most thoughtful and professional owner that we have ever dealt with. We will definitely plan another visit to Kanab soon and will definitely be staying here.

  My friends and I stayed at this condo the first week of November. We loved it! It has everything you need and more. All you need is your clothes. Everything is well stocked including a washer and dryer. The condo was super clean and very nice. The neighborhood is quiet with a beautiful view. Kanb is a very friendly town with awesome restaurants. I can't wait until my next visit. I will definitely be staying at this condo again.

  This is a perfect location for families looking to visit the wonders of Southern Utah. As regular visitors to the area, this condo lived up to everything and more described under it's listing. It was clean, spacious and surrounded by beautiful scenery within a quiet neighborhood. It provided all the amenities of home including full kitchen & laundry. The pool/hot tub are perfect for relaxing under the sun during the day or abundant stars at night. The area provides so many options for outdoor recreation including easy access to Zions, Bryce Canyon and Grand Canyon National Parks, as well as superb hiking and biking spots nearby. A visit to Best Friends Animal Sanctuary is a must. Tyler was great to work with and very helpful. We look forward to our next stay and will be recommending this condo to others.
