This beautiful house with a gorgeous modern interior contains every conceivable modern convenience from a Nespresso machine & milk frother to an Icebox Internet/TV in the kitchen to a large ensuite fitted with a jetted bathtub & a TV/DVD player in the bathroom. Located in the idyllic fishing village of Baltimore, the front of the house has stunning panoramic views overlooking Baltimore harbour.
Bedrooms:
The accommodation is enormously flexible the beds are of a very high quality with high count bed linen. All bedrooms have zip and link beds which can either be two single beds or one six foot bed.
Two bedrooms of the house are located over a kitchenette with bathroom(with shower) and therefore can be separated off,
suitable perhaps for an older couple, second family or occasional guests
Towels and linen are included and changed weekly.
Sitting Room:
There are two sitting rooms within the property each has been beautifully finished in a unique way and bay views and very comfortable large sofas, a working fire place and a flat screen TV.
Kitchen:
The large fully fitted Scavolini kitchen with an Aga, Miele appliances and a Nespresso Machine, milK frother and a Icebox TV/Internet is ideal for self catering and perfectly equipped for caterers. There is a large modern dining table, an ideal indoor dinner party venue. Breakfast or
afternoon tea can be enjoyed from a more informal & very charming area off the kitchen with stunning views overlooking the harbour.
Even though the village is accessible by a short two minute walk the house is in a residential
area and all bedrooms are quietly appointed.
The house is beautifully cleaned before each rental, maid service can be provided during the rental
at guest's own cost.
A catering service is also available by request and prior arrangement and is tailor made to your requirements.
Baltimore village is only a short stroll away with a local shop, a handful of lively pubs and an array of delicious eateries to satisfy every appetite.
